Their elevators are always down (sometimes all at the SAME TIME) but they charging working-elevators rent prices 💀
Very poor maintenance,conflicts between JONAS EQUITIES (REAL ESTATE) and the BLDG management property,both refuse to fix the normal damages,and the superintendent refuse to fix the damages and said the real estate never paid to him.
I don't recommend at the people to put your money in this property it's a risk.
