Overall the area is ok, could use more development. That said, it’s great area to Kayak.
Views are nice but the area needs a renovation and cleanup to make it more appealing
It was my first time there very nice spot to sit and look out over Jamaica Bay
It's still being worked on. It's a little get away from what was there before. Yeah, it's next to Beach Channel Dr., it's the main strip in Rockaway. It's only about at low tide about 30 yards from street to water. But it does have a wood dock.
