Appliance Repair Rockaway Beach

Called for a repair in Rockaway. Business lists Rockaway address and Rockaway beach in title. The lady answering phone is rude and short cutting customers off. She asked what area I live in. When I said Rockaway she immediately said we do not service that area no availability, no availability sorry and hung up. We always try to use local businesses but it seems like this one is not local to Rockaway since they do not service the Rockaway area and will not give an estimate of time they may or if they ever will. They should also consider a new person answering the phone if they would like better reviews.

This is a false advertisement. This company is not based in Rockaway Beach. Can’t figure out how to flag it. They don’t service Rockaway even though the company is called Appliance Repair Rockaway Beach. Ridiculous
