Super cool atmosphere (industrial, modern) and delicious Korean food. Everything we had was dope! Can fully recommend the wagyu pancake and pork belly.
Service was top notch friendly and prices are appropriate for the experience!

I came once when it first opened and wasn’t blown away. I felt like everything was just alright. But I went again recently with people who swear by the food, and it definitely did not disappoint. I had just been ordering the wrong things! The Mala pork is a must. It’s deep fried but the pork inside is so tender you would think it’s something else. The cheese shrimp are also a must as well as the rose dukkbokki. The dining room is a bit more on the casual side but the concept is cute. The drinks were also great though they only offer two do their signature cocktails in the dining room. But they do have Won soju on the menu so you can order that. I’ll be back soon!

Korean bar food with modern twist. We ordered fried shrimp & cheese, fried tofu with kimchi, xo mushroom and mala pork belly. They all tasted good and very satisfying, but I had to admit that I could have balanced the dishes a little bit, because all of them were on The dishes were delicious, but definitely on heavy side, heavy on sauce, oil and starch. At the end of the meal, I felt satisfying but also a bit greasy. The non-alcoholic drink Real Dew was very refreshing!

I liked the pancake dish, it was pretty innovative. The pasta was also well-seasoned and the tteokbokki tasted pretty normal (you can definitely tell the stracciatella cheese flavoring). I didn't like the octopus dish; there was a strong seasoning that threw me off. The dessert was nice.

Seoul Salon is a relatively new spot in Ktown with a lot of fusion food + cocktails that you don't see too often. They recently released a lot of new items + drinks, so I guess I have to go in a couple more times.. but from what I've had so far, the mala pork belly was definitely a favorite

Greatest service we received for the last three years, no exaggeration! I'm writing this rating based on our bar experience. The drinks were meticuously prepared and the flavors and tastes were well balanced. Some drinks were mixed in with traditional Korean sauce, savory and pungent, which provided a unique taste experience in the mouth. Wonderful combination! We are eager to be back to try the food next time.

The food was special enough to evoke nostalgia from childhood, never typical, they are trendy, and at the same time not losing its original taste. Many Koreans like the culture of drinking at a "POCHA(포차)”. The Seoul Salon was successful in creating the vibe by condensing it. If you want to get together with friends and enjoy a drink without overdoing it, I highly recommend Seoul Salon NYC.
