Used this company for warranty on dishwasher, they sent out Jesse as our technician everytime we needed a service on it, and every-time he exceeded our standards! Such a valuable employee y’all have. He worked in a timely manner and goes above and beyond for your customer service. This man deserves a raise !

Jesse was an amazing service technician. He was kind and considerate. Great work in diagnosing our problem going above and beyond to help us get our speed oven back to 100%. Thank you so much again will definitely recommend him and. The company again.

the bakery I manage has used Whaley's about five different times to service our Southbend ovens that are still under warranty. While Southbend has been a hassle at times to deal with, Whaleys has had very prompt service to our needs and generally sends a tech out in a timely fashion. Our last service tech was a man named Jesse who did an excellent job of communicating with us, relaying issues and solving our broken oven problem. If this review were on Jesse alone it would be 5 stars. As he was leaving our bakery today he mentioned that he had just finished his training and was a new employee. He did a wonderful job for being so new e company!

Please cancel any orders for my pizza oven.

Unfortunatley i found that your charges are invalid and all your services were not good.The oven puzza still not working.

Please let me tell you why i lost trust with your company :

First visit from your tecqnicians was not set on advance,all of the sudden he called me from an unknown number telling me thst he is at the restaurantI .I told him to go inside and to start working because it will take me more than an hour to be there.

I reached my restaurant after one hour and a half to find both tecqnicians are in their cars doing nothing .Then they started working and all what they did was vacumi g the oven,then you sent me a bill charging me big money per hour that they didnt work.

Add to this that your company failed to fix the oven and you still trying to buy time and hours that i will have to pay because

You cant figure out the problem profissionaly .

I called and talked to a superviser explaing for him evreyrhing with no result.

As i started my emsil i ask you agIn, please stop all yoyr services and i want t you to refund my money.

Quote sent to me was for parts that didn’t even need replaced and were perfectly good. The part it actually needed wasn’t even on the quote. Quote was for over $1,700 but really cost me $270 from someone else. Service manager took up for rude tech with an attitude and said it was just his personality. Worst service company I have ever used in 40 years.
