My friends and I had a nice Saturday afternoon tasting natural wines at Sauvage. The staff though busy, was kind to us and informative with the history and different types of the wines.
Having seen the vineyards and wineries in the region, having a tasting of the wines with light snacks really shows the depth that Swiss and Bielersee wines have. 🍷

Great and personal service. Food was very good. And in the early evening, the sun shines quite long on the outside seats

Incredible and surprising place… fabulous kitchen and amazing wines. The service is probably one of the friendliest in Switzerland. I do not come to Biel so often, but I definitely will return because of this place.
Do you like wine? Yes? Then this is the place to be! Great selection of special natural wine.
If you like great appetizer and food, try the Sandos or the sardines. The staff knows a lot about the different wines and always find something for your taste.
