Fine Fare Supermarkets

The cashiers are racist and clasists. Only if people could understand what they say in Spanish, they wouldn't buy there. I've had a couple of bad experiences but I've let them pass because that's the supermarket that is closest to me by one block. Today I had the worst experience by the cashier that was attending me. She was talking with the cashier behind her talking bad about the people who use ebt. "They are dependent, they are useless , women only have kids to live off the government" said in Spanish. I had to listen to that conversation and leave with my groceries normally . I couldn't do anything because my kids were with me . And to not affect my kids by arguing . But this is going further because I am going to contact the owner of the supermarket to let them know the amount of criticism . They're Latina and I am aswell. But I'm not going to let them get away with talking badly about another race.

They require you to check your bag, then they leave it "unattended" while they venture off; leaving it open to being stolen or pilfered when others have free access to their holding area! If you "hold my bag; it should be protected while in " your custody", Fine Fare! Why does this even need to be said? Staff wanders off while customers property is not even locked or monitored!

Visited this store today April 15 with my 4-month baby in a stroller, ended up waiting half an hour trying to get half lb pastrami at the deli. My baby was crying non stop needed to go home to be changed and fed. I asked multiple employees and a manager for assistance. I think her name is Margarita. No one helped me, they continued making sandwiches for other people. One employee was prepping food instead of serving customers. I understand they might have been short stuffed that day but 4-month old crying infant in a stroller shouldn’t have been ignored like that. Wasted a lot of time at the store and left without pastrami because no one helped me.

I had such a pleasant experience at the deli. The people behind the counter were so friendly and welcoming. The sandwich was delicious and they loaded the sandwich with meat. 5 stars all around

People are very friendly & treat you with respect. Staff is honest as I left one day not receiving the cash back of $20. I called & explained what happened. Told to come in with receipt & they would check it out & they did. Money given to me happily. No hassle or excuse. Thank you for that.

Went to fine fare today to pick up some bread and came across a rude cashier and another employee. My bread ring up for $5.99 I told them the price was $3.49 I also showed her the sticker price on the bread for $3.49 she proceed to tell me that’s the wrong price and I told her she can go check where I got the bread from and she strictly yells NO I’m not going anywhere you can go since it’s your bread!! I told her no because I’m telling you the price right now and you don’t believe me. Then she called over the other employee and told him about the bread price I asked him to go check the price and he side NO it’s not his job!! At this point I asked for the general manager and she came out and went to check the price and verified the bread was $3.49 she also apologized for her staff being very rude. I’m all for ppl having jobs but it’s a certain way to handle customers.

The best deli in MY! If you want the best sandwich ever, go here. The staff and service at this supermarket are excellent! Likewise, the selection of produce, meats and everything else is plentiful. This is the best market in the area, hands down. I cant pass the place without stopping.
