Capsule is not only convenient due to the delivery options and texting communications, but the pharmacists and customer service teams seem to genuinely care about their customers. They consistently go above and beyond to keep me informed, work with me during shortages, and make sure my doctors and I know if anything is needed to solve any issues that arise with insurance. I will never use a "traditional" pharmacy again.

They go beyond in helping me get medication delivered and answering questions. They make a valiant effort to get my medication to me before I depart for travels. I can’t say enough about that group at Capsule!

Capsule is an awesome pharmacy. The keep in touch via txt every step of the way from receiving your order from the doctor, processing to delivery. They are like no other!

After encountering a terrifying experience of receiving wrong medication from Walgreens, I switched to capsule and cannot express how amazing they are. Simply put, they put the customer first at all times.

They delivered medication I urgently needed same day on short notice to my work when I was unable to go by their South Blvd. location to pick it up. They didn't have to go out of their way for me but they did. That right there is truly fantastic service. They are super friendly and super helpful and are just a text message away when you need them. I don't feel like I'm just another customer with them, I feel like I'm family. They are by far and away the best pharmacy I have ever or will ever work with and I will never get my medications filled anywhere else. ❤️
