Sharze Restaurant

Food is great, again we had lamb chops.
The atmosphere is very good at the restaurant. The restaurant also accepts foreign currency.

However, the staff don't seem to have professional training that they should not bring the bill when the customers are having the meal. We took some time to convert the money since I paid foreign currency, so after I paid, my food got cold. Another annoying thing is that - the first night we had the meal and paid smoothly, but the next day, I phoned them to get a take away of the same food I ordered the day before (they do remember me). I said I would come to collect the food and pay in 20-30min; I asked them several times to cook first as I needed to rush to the bus terminal - but by the time I went there, several young members of staff didn't know about my order, when they finally found the person who took my phone call, the person said that the manager does not allow them making the food first before payment. But nobody called me back. I wasted a lot of time but still couldn't get the take away.

We searched for a good and popular restaurant in Shiraz, but we were kind of disappointed with the experience. Sharze is at best an average restaurant. Quality of food is good and there is a live music band entertaining customers. Menu is diverse including traditional and modern cuisine. But the design, quality of service, personnel definitely needs a lot of improvement.

There are too many options and it's famous around shiraz, the quality of what we ordered I think it was merza qasemi or Kashk badomjon, cause all other option include meat, and my friend was vigan and can't order other foods, it's quality was not as good as we eat same food in a small local restaurant beside Pasargard, as this dish was a dessert so we should order another food too, cause they aren't accept only dessert, we ordered a special food, it costs 600k, but we didn't had time to eat it there cause it took a long time maybe more than 1 hours until they make it, and we bring it to hormuz with ourself, but unfortunately we lost it there someone in just a second stole it.

It's relatively a good restaurant in the historical centre of Shiraz, right at the entrance of the Vakil mosque. The menu consists of traditional Iranian dishes. The food is decent, though no exceptional. I had mushroom soup and barg kebab. The soup was tasteless, and I needed a lot of salt and pepper to add some flavour. The kebab was fine. The service is OK, but as is the case with many other restaurants I have visited in Shiraz, the attitude of the personnel is rather dry. They have live music on the lower floor. It's slightly overpriced as well.

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Restaurant

I recently visited Sharze Restaurant during my trip to Shiraz, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. I feel compelled to share my feedback to caution other tourists.

First and foremost, the quality of the food was subpar. The dishes I ordered lacked flavor and were poorly executed. It was evident that little care was put into their preparation. The ingredients seemed stale, and the overall presentation was unappetizing. I was truly disappointed with the taste and overall quality of the meals.

Additionally, the staff's behavior was far from acceptable. They were consistently rude and inattentive throughout my visit. It felt as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. They lacked basic courtesy and failed to address my concerns when I raised them.

Moreover, the atmosphere of the restaurant was underwhelming. The ambiance was dull and uninviting, which further added to my overall dissatisfaction.

I highly advise fellow tourists to avoid Sharze Restaurant during their visit to Shiraz. There are plenty of other dining options available that offer better quality food, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere. It's disheartening to see a place with such potential fall short in every aspect.

I hope my review serves as a helpful warning to others, allowing them to make more informed choices when it comes to dining in Shiraz.

Busy restaurant, had to wait a while to get a table for 2.
The service was great, food was delicious, if you want a nice restaurant in the Vakil area this is a good choice.

Not good I'm afraid.
I ordered 'Tah Chin (Chicken)' but it was just acceptable.
They didn't have 'the local Dough' which is kinda weird, and there was no background music.
Not recommended!

A traditional resturant which serves traditional Iranian food. There is a food named Matanjan which is a heritage from Safavid dynasty. The quality and was good. Price is a little bit high
