Placed an order for their DT333 with an estimated delivery date that we worked into our project schedule. I Followed up in the month of our delivery and they provided an estimate ship date of 12/14. The week after the anticipated ship date, I reached to confirm shipping and ask for tracking. They provided me with incorrect tracking and an incorrect invoice. When I asked them again to provide accurate information, they gave me a new estimated deliver in Feb of 2024 - a full 2 months after their promised delivery date. And none of this information was communicated proactively. Poor customer service and follow through on their orders unfortunately....

2/16/24 Update: I reached out to confirm the new estimated ship date of 2/22/24 and Acromag's response was that there was a delay in production and they cannot give me an accurate estimated ship date anymore. They stated they think it might be an additional 4-8 weeks. Again, not communicated proactively, and I had to reach out to obtain this information. Still disappointed with this company. Avoid at all costs if you care about schedule or when you receive your products from them. Oh an they charged my card months ago and have been happy to keep my money in the meantime

These clowns had me come in for an interview and when they asked why I left college early and I responded that my mother had passed away they responded with, "you're just really unlucky huh?". I should have left then, but I didn't. They also talked a great deal about the position requiring a good understanding of C++ Object Oriented Programming. They then gave me an assessment that didn't have a single question pertaining to OOP. A couple days later they called back and asked to see me again. So I put on a different suit and drive up there just to have them want to tell me "in person" that I didn't get the job. I would avoid this company if you can.

Despite the response, it happened. I have better things to do with my time than pick companies at random and leave bad reviews. Unlike the multiple fake, one sentence 5 star reviews you have here. I wish you luck in the future as well.
