Wolfgang at MiCom is incredible. I called late on a Thursday with what I considered a long list of problems I was having with my desktop; wanted to upgrade to Windows 10; transfer files/music/photos, etc. Wolfgang told me to bring it in that afternoon so he could look it over, witness some of the problems I'd been having, etc., and give me an estimate of the cost. About 24 hours later Wolfgang called to tell me my computer was ready! Everything I wanted, more than I expected, and the price was less than what I had originally anticipated (feared?) it was going to cost. I would heartily recommend Wolfgang and MiCom Computers to anyone who needs help with their computer equipment. Absolutely the best!!!

P.S. WOLFGANG MAKES HOUSE CALLS. I called again today (12-11-20) regarding problems I was having with my printer (scanning, copying, etc.) which required access to my computer and my printer. Instead of my unplugging everything and taking the equipment to MiCom, Wolfgang came to my house this afternoon and made everything work as it should. And his pricing was less than what "the Squad" would charge. Excellent!

Called Mi Computers and spoke to Wolfgang when my hard drive failed. Set a time for me to bring it in and be looked at. He examined the device, explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand and charged me a VERY fair price. Trying to find someone local can be hard. But, If you want someone who is very experienced and honest you should go to Wolfgang for any computer issues!

Highly recommend MiCom! We were a "walk in" customer and the owner diagnosed the problem with our computer quickly. He repaired it within the hour while we waited. I did not have to miss a work day. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonable. Thank you MiCom Computers!

I have been coming to MiCom for the past two years for support and service. The work is done in a very reasonable time and at a good price. The owner is receptive to my questions and always explains what is involved with any repairs.

If you want an expert in IT, who is cost effective that does exceptional work in an efficient timely manner, than Wolfgang at MI Com is your person. He "programmed" a special function that works wonders for my Microsoft Words & Excel spreadsheet. He is the BEST! Better than all the rest.

I had a broken MacBook Pro screen. The owner (I'm pretty sure it's just him running the place) gives me an estimate and says it will take two weeks to fix. I wanted to shop around, but it turned out his price was the best by far, so I came back a week later and asked if the estimate was still good. He said yes, without bothering to double check. That was his first mistake.

A month after he said it would be ready in two weeks, I decided to call him and ask how the repairs are coming along. He hadn't done any work on my computer. He told me that he hadn't been able to find the part for the price he quoted me. So now it's a month later and I still have a broken laptop. Didn't spend a cent and I still felt ripped off.

He seemed knowledgeable and polite, so he gets two stars instead of one.
