love this joanns! there always stocked up on cat masks, there employees are very nice,highly recommend!!
I go to Joanns for fabric for my business. Every time I come in Larissa is always there! She's smiling, dresses for the holidays, always has an amazing attitude and smile! Larissa is amazing! Also, Sandy in the Fabric department never puts her head down when she sees me coming with an abundance of fabric. Sandy is amazing at what she does and always has a smile! These two ladies keep me coming back to this Joann location! Thank you ladies for being awesome and going above and beyond!!

Seriously frustrating when this is the only Joannes closest to me, which is 30 minutes away, and they close the store five minutes early.
I got there at 5:55 PM, five minutes before they close. When I got there, I walked through the first set of automatic doors, and then the second set were locked. I looked up to see an employee looking at her coworker, and that coworker told me that they were closed. I had told her that I thought they closed at 6pm, and politely explained that I only needed something quick for a project that I need finished and I knew exactly where it was and what I needed, and they both kind of just looked at me. I walked out.
I was okay with driving all this way, knowing that I would still make it there before they close, but it is extremely frustrating to be driving home without the thing I needed, with them closing the store early.

Always fun shopping for crafts and hobbies. They have a great selection of everything from puzzles, toys, sewing items, wood working to models, and clothes making material. The store is a little disorganized, but because it is the holidays it is expected a bit.
we arrived at 9:58 am 09/03/23 door was open . Tim was pulling items out to the side walk . I asked "Can I come in "? He looked at me with a head shake and said :Yeahhhhh" . So We proceeded in and I said " Sorry I was not sure ,and Thank you" he offered no response . I felt like we were the last people he wanted to see. Once in the store we were looking for an item at one price but could only find at a much higher price, So we stopped and asked Monica . She took some time with us and explained it was ONLINE orders only (Very fine print) Monica really went out of here way and helped us and was very Kind also. I think Tim May need a back to basics training session. running around doing a routine is great . But mistreating customers upon arrival , making them feel like he made us feel . You may be going down a slippery slope .

The staff was so helpful and even honored a deal we forgot the coupon to. Love that place for my daughter's creativity to show. It's also so big you can get stuck there for hours and you won't even realize it. Tizzle.Shop will open with so much of the materials being from Joann Fabric goods.
