I leased sight unseen with the help of the leasing agent Colin and absolutely loved my time at the community. Paulus Hook is a hidden gem with easy access to night life but is also so peaceful and clean at the same time. Having central AC rather than one built into the wall was a major bonus too.

The maintenance staff here is top notch, professional, courteous and highly capable. Marvin and his team have always been amenable to requests, providing service with care and consideration not just for the tenants but also for the living spaces. We don't take them for granted and appreciate all their service keeping our building in great standing.

Clean facility, responsive maintenance, waterfront location mins to FiDi via ferry or PATH
I lived here on a short term lease and was pleasantly surprised as compared to luxury living in The Financial District of Manhattan. The building was clean, organized and well kept. Any time I had a maintenance request, they were responsive and did a thorough job. I had positive experiences with Alanni, Marvin the maintenance manager, the female maintenance personnel and also the other gentleman that works in maintenance.

I can't say enough good things about Windsor at Liberty House, thanks to the exceptional management team led by Samantha Sousa and Lourdes Acosta (Dual Site Propoerty Manager).
From day one, their commitment to resident satisfaction was evident- top-notch support, promptly addressing any issues or concerns friendly and professional.
The team create a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like a family. Their proactive approach to customer service ensures that residents' needs are not just met, but anticipated and exceeded.

It’s been a great experience living here! The people in the leasing office are so nice and helpful, especially Samantha. I moved out due to work relocation. And I will definitely consider here again if I come back to this area.

I am currently residing at Windsor at Liberty House. It is an amazing and peaceful place which is well maintained too. its quite Close to all grocery and nail needs shops, public transport- exchange place path, light rail. Ideal place for living for those who are working in NYC.The staff at LHA is amazing and are very friendly. Samantha, Brenda, Collin, Markus, Mike, Allani and others are always ready to help as needed. It has a fully equipped gym and a cozy playroom too. Summers are amazing as it has a pool and barbecue place. All in all a very good community to reside.

I loved it here initially, but things began to unravel fast.
We ended up renting one of the units facing Essex with the light rail (we’ve lived above a light rail before and it was fine but we had double pane windows) and it’s impossible to sleep. They have 0 plans to update the windows (I asked) so if you aren’t an amazing sleeper who can deep sleep through anything either make sure you aren’t anywhere near this side of the building or it’s probably not a good move.
I was never able to see the unit we were renting because it was occupied right up until we were moving in. I wouldn’t have rented this with the loud sound issues.
There’s also no carpet requirements in units with hardwood floors, so prepare to listen to walking allllll day and until your neighbors go to bed.
I want to say we will be renewing but I have a kid and a fulltime job, ya girl needs sleep. Maybe if they make updates to be on par with other buildings but until then eh. The cost really isn’t justified. The location is nice but the building just isn’t a luxury building by a long shot.
