Cooking with Chef Luana was a lovely experience. She welcomed us into her home and taught us how to make the most delicious pasta I've ever bitten into from scratch, with the best Italian flour. I enjoyed eating a sampler wedge of 2 year aged Parmesan Reggiano cheese--an amazing, tasty treat. And of course cooking up a vegetable fettuccine and hearty pork-base infused spaghetti. Chef Luana is a seasoned chef from Italy, so you know you're getting authentic training. We left stuffed with leftover fresh pasta, and look forward to seeing her again to make authentic pizza, my favorite!
Ahhhhh Chef Mert Gunsay, is Simply one of “THE BEST”. We had such a wonderful Good time and Good eating. Fill with knowledge, hand on experience, laughter, Beautiful Hospitality, and Simply Delicious Outstanding dinner. Chef Luana was a delight! She taught our group fettuccine and spaghetti, the dishes were incredibly delicious and simple to make. Chef was a fun time and made us giggle a lot too, which made the night more enjoyable. She was quick with the instructions but since the class was so small it was easy to keep up. And she helped us if we needed it. I will definitely do another class with Chef Luana!!
I recently booked a private cooking class with Chef Greg, and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the experience. Chef Cregg is delightful! The class was filled with teaching from proper knife use through types of spices. An amazing journey creating a yummy food experience! Many thanks and we will be back to enjoy more.
