Cute little park before it gets all developed

A beautiful spot and great place to walk your dog! There's a walking path if you want ti keep your dog on leash and the beach for off leash. There's free parking and also a lower parking lot for disabled visitors. Also there's a play area for kids.
Very Beautiful views and a nice place to walk along. But, they missed the memo on making it accessible from the playground area to the beach walkway area. Had to take my stroller down the rough hill beside the stairs. No access points to the water/beach either.
