Assistant to the Deputy Head of Mission - Visa Section working at Swiss embassy is a real sweet heart with pure heart, this is the first time I ever had best experience dealing with someone in any Embassy.

Swiss embassy(people) are highly racist. I have been married to my Swiss husband for years and we have kids. We have been trying to get a Swiss passport for our children, and it’s been one complicating issue to another. I have never heard where a birth certificate expires, I also spent $250 in getting an age declaration and a new birth certificate as per there request and paid $850 to Verify my age birth certificate( which is crazy) yet they say it’s still not valid. I have never heard were a birth certificate is verified and not other documents like marriage certificate or Canadian documents and i paid so much for verification. I am a legal Canadian resident but it’s not enough for the Swiss embassy because I am black. What a shame!! In this modern day and time people still think this way. We have decided to cancel the passport and our kids not identify with their father’s land. They forced us to make this decision
