I received a call today, November 20, 2019 at about 1:45pm from an extremely rude and condescending man from this organization. When I said I could not afford to contribute his attitude was unbelievable and told me well other people in these countries have nothing. I explained what some of my financial commitments are right now and that I have a child at and home that I have to provide for on my own. I further explained that I always do my part to help people. I sponsored and a girl in Bangladesh for 5 years. I also donate and do charity work in my community. But right now I have no additional money to give anyone. He said well this issue is very important to him. I told him I didnt appreciate his attitude. We ended the call.

I would have donated if I wasn't on a tight budget but the service call I received from one of the telephone agents was extremely rude. When I told them I cannot at this time due to other charities we are currently contributing too. Kept asking for smaller amounts and I apologized profusely and he just hung up after. I understand that any amount would help but to hang up after I continuously apologize and say not this time and hang up, makes me feel if this company is actually legit.

You should be on charify.ca to inform community about your great services.

This international NGO is working on making sure everyone has clean water. A cause I believe in.
