Recently went in to have water tested for pool. Gave us a sheet with steps and products matching the steps. The product names were not as indicated on the sheet and we put in 3x the amount of shock that was required. When I contacted the store to request that they change the name on the sheet to coincide with the product, I got a song and dance from the girl who tested the water and gave the instructions. I asked to speak to someone with knowledge of the product and after a few minutes I got to speak to Treena. Not a pleasant conversation as she spoke to me like I was an idiot. Treena, learn how to speak to clients, your approach was appalling. I have purchased my chemicals and a hot tub last year at this business, but no longer.
First of all, I am shocked with the negative reviews towards this local family operated store.
It is such a convenience having friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand and being able to shop local. It is a fast, convenient service that we have used several times in the past. We purchased a new hot tub with them in the fall due to the great service they have provided with our previous 20 year old tub.

Great service. Always friendly. Amazing technicians. Prices are high but you are getting quality pool and spa products that last longer. Feel supported by staff. Always feel confident everyone is skilled when it comes to your pool and spa. Thanks for being so awesome Huronia!
I’ve been using Huronia LeisureScapes for years for not only my hot tub chemicals but also my service. I’ve had a replacement pump and various other service related issues performed over the years on my 20+ year old hot tub. It’s nice having an honest service provider that’s local. Always thorough and friendly.
I have nothing but praise for the excellent customer service provided by Huronia Pools. Two very nice men, Parker and Mike, opening up my pool and cleaning up all the debris, fabulous! Thanks so much.
There was a leak from one of the hoses to filter and Huronia didn’t even hesitate and sent another lovely man Joe, who fixed it in no time.
I highly recommend this fabulous company.

The girls in the water testing station are awesome. We went away on vacation. Came back to our pool being greener than our grass. And yes that's after it rained lol. Took a water sample in. Set me up with all the products I need. Gave me complete instructions on how to do it or what to do. It. Quantities went back a week later with my results. Had to do a little top up. Other than that pool looks amazing
Went here for a unique fitting for my Jacuzzi.
They did not have the part,but Monique spent
at least 20 minutes with me trying to possibly
create a solution to my need. She was not successful, but I really appreciated her attempt to fulfill my need. She is quite knowledgeable about plastic fittings.
