Beach Bums

Called on Dec 22 or 23 to ask about a service call. A pipe cracked or something on our hot tub. Was told I would get a call back within an hour to book something for the following week. Totally understandable given the time of year. However, I never got that call, and still haven't. I have left three messages since then without even a call back or message saying "hey super busy but we'll get back to you". Glad this company is SO busy that they can ignore customers/calls. Hopefully that works out for them in the future.

Bad company, run by a terrible person, a real scumbag really. He has no problem ripping off any customer he comes across, and doesnt stop there! Turns out he doesnt even pay those he hires to work! $2000+ owed to just 1 individual $5000+ to another. The owner Aaron; does not care who he is taking from in any aspect. Truly can only be described as an actual scumbag.

Doesn't return calls. Sells iffy refurbished pumps.

Excellent service and very friendly. The tubs are great and Aaron is first class!!!

Very disappointed. We had them come do an inspection on a hot tub moving into our new home, ensuring it was in working condition. Agreed we would make an appt for him to come back and teach us about the maintenance of the hot tub once we officially moved in. This was in the middle of June. Every time we called he said "i'm just at a job, i will call you when i'm available" "are you home tomorrow? I will call you in a bit" . Me and my husband have both tried contacting him over a 6 week period. we tried calling last week was told he was out of the city but they would make sure they call if not by the end of the current day, by the end of the following day. It's been over a week and have yet to hear from them. I was satisfied with the initial inspection they did for us but everything following that appt has been more than disappointing. Will not be recommending this company. Called another company and they came within 24hrs so not sure what is going on here.

Not a good company. Do not waste your time. I had a leaking hot tub and asked if they can repair it. They said that is what they do. They came to my house and took my hot tub apart and said they would be back in a couple days to finish the job. They never came back and never returned my phone calls. 2 weeks later and still no call or repair. My tub is in worse shape now then it was when I called them. Move on to another company if you need any type of work done. I would never recommend them.
