Mariposa Landing

Great marina, and a wonderful staff, specifically Elisa and Anthony. Perfect spot in the narrows between Lake Couchiching and Lake Simcoe.

Worst place ever!!! Everyone and anyone thinks they can touch, move or board your boat, damage your boat without explanation or repair, then get mad at you when you call, Other boaters will move your boat while your not there and the slips are deteriorating and unsafe also navigate carefully cause there are steel beams sticking out of the water, they were told about more than once.

Nice quiet marina at night, some gatherings happening but they shut it all down around 10pm which was fine with us. The staff was friendly, we played volleyball and horseshoes, noticed some people having a fire. I would and have recommended this place to friends.

This is our second year at Mariposa, We absolutely Love it, easy access to 2 lakes and locks. The management team are amazing and extremely kind, we definitely plan to stay for many years to come. We are definitely happy Boaters and recommend Mariposa.

Love this place. Easy to access from both land and water. Reasonable prices for both covered and open slips. Easy access into the town of Orillia, for groceries, banks, and restaurants
