Sunport Beach Club

My family has been going annually to this amazing beach oasis for 13 seasons. Excellent, very friendly and caring staff!
Great for kids of all ages. My grandsons were raised on this fun and memorable beach getaway.
Restaurants, arcade, beach and ice cream shops, and an LCBO licensed variety store just a 2 minute walk down the beach.
Best ever sunsets over the rocky point, right next to Sunport!

Just got back from yet another great stay at Sunport Beach Club. We've been coming here for years with our children and every year just gets better with new memories being made. Great beach, great location , close to all amenities which is great for families. Carolyn, the owner, is awesome and really makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience! Our summer always starts with a family vacation at Sunport!

I highly doubt that the previous reviewers even stayed at this hotel! The owner, Carolyn, goes out of her way to make everyone feel at home and comfortable. She has such a bubbly personality, always smiling, and eager to go above and beyond. Carolyn has created such an oasis. This was our second year going and we've already booked for next summer!

My stay was awful. The owner is very unstable and has a reactive, explosive attitude. I saw her yelling at people on the beach, screaming at neighbours and losing her mind over things that had nothing to do with her. It made me feel very unsafe. I would never recommend staying at a place like this operated by someone so clearly unhinged. Stay away.

Great location right on the beach. Beach is lovely with no rocks. Lounge chairs, umbrellas and loads of beach equipment. We spent hours on the paddle boards. Owner goes above and beyond for guests. Arcade, Ice cream and restaurants one minute walk up the road. A great little vacation for families.

We brought our two children (age 9 and 16) to this resort and had such a great stay. In addition to the lovely accommodations, the scenery, the friendly staff - there was so much to do at the resort and literally within minutes of a walk. It is such a beautiful area - a little gem. You can see the pride in the rather new ownership - lots of improvements underway - didn't interfere with our stay though - made us want to come back next year and see the changes/enjoy it all over again. Likely an annual trip for us.

This was our second year spending the August long weekend at Sunport Beach Resort. The beach is stunning and the addition of comfortable lounge chairs & umbrellas for all the guests are a great touch! There are so many activities to keep our 8 year old daughter busy ... a climbing wall, play structure, kayaks, tubes and good old fashioned swimming and playing in the sand. The owner treats everyone like family and takes the time to get to know each and every guest. It's a quick and easy drive from Toronto .... less than 2 hours door to door! We would highly recommend this resort and can't wait to return next summer!
