We came here in October 2023 for two nights. The ambiance when you walk in is quite neat. Very rustic, lodgey of course. This place is huge. Tons of rooms. The room we were placed in to me smelt like a hospital. Was quite odd but whatever.

We wanted to unload everything when we checked in and then hit up the pool however, the fridge wasn't working and we had food for it. That added a good 45 minutes for someone to come and replace it. The beds are decent. Balconies are a nice touch.

The crazy thing is that there is no housekeeping until you check out. So you go through a ton of towels when using the water park then showering after. Then the towels start to stack up. The bathroom is old. Like a yellowy tub/toilet.

The water park is by far the best of course. However, the little kid slides are ridiculous. There are like 5 different ones but only 1 kids per 5 slides at a time. And it's mighty slow. The lineup was usually around 10 people. So you stand there freezing cold until it's finally your time. Not worth it. The hot tub is great.

All in all, it's an okay experience. But for the money, the rooms need to be much nicer. Props to the hotel for making the other prices affordable for the food, arcade, snacks and drinks.

3/5.
The trip was lovely for the grand children, they all loved it. My only complaint is that there should be more consideration from other guests wearing provocative swim gear around the hotel. There was way too many thongs walking throughout the hotel, swim area and even in the arcade area where they were there to simply put on a fashion show flashing around for the little ones to see. Add a little alcohol and you get a real pretty picture for the children and how to explain the nudity flying around their little faces. Codes of conduct should be natural thing for adults in a child’s venue, clearly they need to be taught at the registration desk.
Great wolf lodge in Niagara Falls has never disappointed us. This will be a yearly trip for our family. They have a much to do. You can never get board. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The staff each and everyone one is amazing. We don’t drive but wanted to spend the day. They offer to store our stuff in the luggage room. We alway have fun. The ginger bread house is amazing as well. It’s a neat idea. They should add a house for every season! 🥰
Brought the kids here a few times and they love it. While expensive you get a lot of value for your money and the kids love the water park. So many slides and things to do in the water park for all ages. While I would not bring smaller kids there’s plenty for them to do as well. The food was good for a buffet and decent priced as well. Also tons of non water park activities for your kids and getting the paw pass seems to be the best value for our kids as you get a bunch of things to keep them busy. They will definitely have fun and you’ll make some great memories.
This place is so much fun to go to with kids or without. There are so many activities to do and the waterpark is so much fun. I liked the water rapids slide! We booked a room with 2 levels for more privacy for the friends and it was beautiful. Even the view from the room was so peaceful in the mornings. We went around Christmas time so there were pretty lights everywhere and extra activities. It is a 2 hour drive from where i live but it is so worth it.

Beautiful spaces. Incredibly well appointed rooms. Everyone in staff was friendly, helpful and supportive. Food and drink were perfect, both at Le Bar and room service. Walk ability to things in the center of downtown is a little distance but not too bad. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
Great place for a family trip. If you factor in the price a water park into the hotel stay, it's a win-win. Staff was friendly all around. The food plan was worth it. Every restaurant had good food, and adult beverages were reasonably priced. Water park is great for the kids, cool arcade, mini bowling, and story time is an added bonus. Bottom line, you can not go wrong for a 2/ 3-day stay.

Awesome time, nice clean place
The FSHO's attention to detail and service is unmatched. We enjoyed a lovely workplace holiday party here. While the food was of high quality, the buffet style items were lukewarm at best. There weren't enough seats for all guests in attendance, making it difficult for those who were eating a chicken leg, or slice of prime rib. Perhaps cocktail style bites would be a better idea, especially if not everyone can be seated for the meal.
Did not stay overnight here, just went for a special dinner. The bartender, was funny and easy to talk to. He also made dynamite Black Russians for us as we were early for our reservation. Our server had wonderful suggestions and a friendly attitude. Just a lovely server.

Our food was spectacular! We had the Senbei Crusted Tuna and Shrimp Cocktail for starters. Both were divine. If you like proper spicy cocktail sauce, that’s the one! My guy had the ribeye and I had the salmon. Neither disappointed. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Shout out to the kitchen staff!

We went on a Wednesday, which meant we were pleasantly surprised to hear a live musician…Tobin. Excellent mix and an all around good time.

Special thank you’s to Rohan, Herb, and Tanya. You all made our night all the more special! Looking forward to returning. The views are lovely anytime of year.😍
I have stayed at this hotel now countless times and they always impress. They treat my daughter like a princess and always go above and beyond to make us feel special. However I especially appreciate their customer service. As with any building and establishment things are not always perfect but the Four Seasons always comes up with creative problem solving and I’ve never been disappointed with their solutions. We will be back!
Was my first time at Great Wolf Lodge with my boys. The room was clean and nice. The hotel was nicely decorated. Lots of children's activities for them. They enjoyed the Magi Quest (extra expense for the wands and game activation fees) and the water park. The food price is reasonable. Too bad we didn't bring their Halloween costumes because there was a trick-or-treating event, a best costumes contest, and a Halloween dance party. One night is not enough because there's also an arcade, laser tag, and more. My boys are already asking to come back.
This was our first time going to the great Wolf Lodge water park and we had the most amazing time ever. Getting to the resort was a breeze they had everything ready to go, the wristbands (key cards), the paw passes, the room everything was ready for us. The kids did the magic quest around the hotel which they loved and built their bear or wolf.

All the facilities from the water park to the buffet were all very clean and well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and approachable, the staff in the water park were all paying attention very closely to everyone in the water rather than just sitting somewhere which was good to see.

Our family will definitely be going back in the near future, I would definitely recommend this if you're thinking about it for a place to stay while in Niagara falls or just want a fun winter break at a water park.
Would not stay again. First, golf was fabulous, and would play the beautiful course again. The rest was just not as expected. If the lofts were 200- 300 a night, I wouldn't complain. But they're not. They are priced as "luxury" but as of our stay, there are only two available one bedroom loft units as rentals, and ours was worn. Other than the architecture, it was not close to the picture on website. The couch was worn and stained. The living room side chair, next to fire was an uncomfortable, beat up homesense dining chair. The mismatched decor looked second hand/cheap, the way you would furnish a personal vacation house that you didn't use much, or didn't care about, because you expect furniture to get damaged. Again, I wouldn't judge that if staying at a cheaper place, but when you pay over $600 a night, you expect more- a bit of design/quality/effort. The supplied kitchen cookware was also mismatched and cheap, and the one thing we needed, a corkscrew was not there. No ledge or shelf in shower, really cheap toiletries, scratchy towels. If I knew this was an owner based airbnb situation, would have stayed elsewhere. They even charge you a seperate cleaning fee- which is interesting, because it really wasn't all that clean when we arrived, with crumbs in cabinets, and what looked like dog fur on the entry carpet. The view was also ridiculous- a new row of units right out your front windows (the bottom windows covered only with really cheap vinyl roller blinds, that didn't want to stay down). The patio is in a parking lot. If you look over the road and parking lot, you get a sliver of pond. Second floor slider broken, doesn't lock. Not only is check out 11, housekeeping was pounding at door at 930 (with only 2 loft units as rentals and our car in the numbered spot, they should have known we were still there). The property and club house is beautiful. That's where it ends. Doesn't feel like a resort at all. Also- a lot of construction. You've been warned.
Stayed in rooms before but I usually go for spa services mostly. Love the layout of the spa. You get to use the steam room and pool if you have spa appointment. My favourite is salt stone. I'm lucky to try all usually go with my mother. Sometimes in a room where they accommodate both of us or single rooms. The masseuse always are pleasant and welcoming. Theres also small snack bar area to refresh with some tea and things. Overall I always end up going back despite the price. I tried my best to go and venture but haven't found one near me that satisfies me like this one.
Oddly enough first time ever eating at the restaurant and the last day open of the season.
I found everyone there app salutely delightful a wonderful experience. !

I did not stay here. I only came for the day to golf. What an unbelievable course. Lots of elevation changes. A fair amount of distance between holes so a cart is mandatory. The course was in great shape, greens were fast and curvy. I would say that 16 holes are fantastic. The 4th has a massive drop in elevation. You don’t realize the drop in pictures. You have to experience it in person. I have mixed feelings on the 9th. I appreciate it but it’s very tough. I will come back someday definitely.

We didnt say the night but did go for dinner. The parking is a bit challenging but the place is so pretty. We had a great dinner and the service was wonderful. Not a language gap at all either. Sinne we don't understand french.
Good place at a very reasonable price, The beach is very nearby, and it has a BBQ and campfire, The rooms are very well maintained and the service and hospitality are very impressive.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. The course was in great shape and lots of challenges. Highly recommend this track to anyone and skill of all levels.
I loved my experience here. Very quiet, peaceful place. Great neighborhood. Great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place.
Make sure you tip here if not the chef will call you out infront of everyone my family would have tipped if the beer wasn’t bad, ordered a coffee and my cream was like cottage cheese the food was cold … I will never step foot in that restaurant again !! Worst experience ever !!!!
Clearly a failed condo project converted into a hotel. Feels more like renting a Airbnb in Toronto. The set up is just odd. Bare-bones amenities in the actual hotel, have to go up the road for everything. There is a shuttle service but it just seems like a bandaid solution since you cant do anything in the actual hotel. Like you could easily covert the presentation area into something for the guest. Clubhouse is nice but members are king, don’t expect exceptional service unless you advocate for it. Pool area is really nice but again to get any service we had to walk in. Nice resort but not 5 star

I can’t say enough good things. From the friendly greeting from all the front desk staff when we arrived to the outrageously great meals to the best massage my wife has ever had at Le Spa. An absolutely fabulous weekend away. We were oddly thankful the weather wasn’t that great as it gave us a chance to use the working fireplace in our room and have a really cozy weekend of spa relaxation and walks around the area. A perfect time.
We will be back for sure. We didn’t get nearly enough time to explore the local towns and experience all that the Eastern townships have to offer.
Well done Manoir Hovey! You certainly have earned your fabulous reputation.
This is exactly what you’d expect for a Four Seasons property. Excellence all the way around. Room was great and the service was excellent. A well run hotel. The spa and pool were phenomenal as well as the gym.

Service was impeccable. Everyone from the concierge to the valet were awesome. Upon requesting your car the guys literally sprint to the garage. We travelled with a Tesla and they ensure it was charged up every night without fail. The concierge helped arrange a beautiful birthday bouquet and cake. Top notch and great value.

If I had to give any areas for improvement I would say that the robes at the spa are superior to those in the rooms and the sheets and towels could be upgraded in the rooms.

No questions asked this is my go to Toronto hotel.

Had an awesome experience for a birthday dinner. The service was impeccable, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is an outdoor dining area for a dinner with a view. The place is slightly remote so it's harder to get to but that makes the place more quiet and intimate for any special events or date. Their poutine is a must try, crunchy fries and delicious sauce that makes it very tasty.
One of the best hotels ever. Food is exquisite and the service is top notch. Mi from sales handled our wedding reception well and she was so easy to work with.
Andray was helpful with our luggage and assisted us so well during both check in and check out.
This was my first stay at this hotel. Delightful and attentive staff. The decor is top notch. The floral arrangements in the hall are amazing works of art.

Housekeeping was on point. Everything was thought of during my stay.

Front desk staff were thorough and efficient.

The only thing I would improve is the valet service. There were so many valets and they all congregated around one podium. I would suggest more than one podium.many of them did not seem to know what to do. It caused some waiting. It wasn’t a major problem but I’m sure wealthy people would mind and probably say something.

Don’t do a swan dive on the bed. It’s not as plush as it looks.

There is a secret door with the ice machine on your floor. Ask where it is located.

The pool was nice. There is an outside seating area just beyond the pool. That was lovely and serene despite the construction outside the hotel.

I did not try the food or the spa. I went elsewhere.

I’m not accustomed to 5 star hotels. It’s not too bad. It’s a beautiful property.

It was a nice vacation and a nice view into how the wealthy live.

Thanks Four Seasons. Job well done!

If you ever need a spokesperson I’m for hire 🤣
I love this hotel! First impression is from the wonderful staff, starting at the front door Andre welcomed us with a warm smile and upbeat disposition. The location is perfect is you are attending a concert just across the street at the Budweiser stadium…and last but not least, the rooms are very clean and modern. Great vibe overall including the bar at night with a great DJ and staff there again was terrific.
My friend recommend Hotel X. I am very happy we made the choice to stay here. we felt very welcome and the staff are professional and well trained. we had a beautiful view from our room. The location is perfect spot for concerts. Andray helped us with our luggage to the room. We were greeted with his charm and personality and felt welcome! highly recommend!!
We stayed at Hotel X and had a fabulous time! The service there is a exceptional. We enjoyed everything there. The view from the floor, the roof top bar. it’s at the right spot for event downtown. We met Andray the bellhop! He has such a great personality. The check in went smooth. Highly recommend Hotel X. Thanks to everyone!!

Beautiful marina. Excellent customer service. Great boaters lounge. Really good food. Nice chandler and gift shop. The only thing missing is a swimming pool.
Great hotel with great views! Close to lots of attractions. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, especially Ruben. He was professional and provided a few tips on where to go in the city. He handled our luggage with care as well. Highly-recommended!
Lovely room, great view, the staff was professional. The elegance and the professional of a true 5 star hotel can be seen in the Four Seasons. The staff served with a smile from the valet to the concierge and the front house. Housekeeping staff were excellent. The floor manager left a small gift in our room, welcoming us to the hotel. Our 3 day staff was absolutely fantastic. They made us conformable. My kids and wife loved the the hotel. My kids enjoyed the collection of cars in the foyer. It’s was an amazing stay and I think we will be back in 3 years time. Well done Four Seasons and keep the flag flying…..

Simply an outstanding property, we already are planning our return trip! From the warm greeting and property tour overview from our valet to checkout, the service was on point from all of the staff and truly was what one would expect from a Relais & Chateaux hotel and restaurant. Our room, 28, was very comfortable and had a private deck overlooking the lake. The bed linens, pillows and towels were all luxurious as well. Restaurant reservations are a must in the summer and our meal was outstanding from start to finish, impressive use of local ingredients at dinner and breakfast. Nathan, our server, was amazing.

The new spa is gorgeous. I had a 90 minute facial with Megan that was one of the best I’ve had. Make sure to check out their brand new facilities for steam/sauna/hot tub and cold tub that overlook the lake.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great visit with wonderful customer service. Downfalls were walking into the hotel & feeling like you are at an ICE condo in downtown Toronto. They were clean though, with comfy beds, a patio, kitchen & soft towels. The design however away from the Muskoka area & landscape surrounding. Wish they would have built with more of a Muskoka feel. Additionally the food is OK - very small portions and quite expensive. Service was subpar however everyone seems quite young, all were very friendly. The golf course is really the highlight of our stay. Wonderful customer service, rented clubs were pristine & the course is beautiful. The pool outside was nice with many chairs, an outdoor bar & seating areas. No hot tub which we found odd. Gym was also exceptional! Would stay again but perhaps in a villa with a group to avoid the cookie cutter hotel rooms.
Issues started before we even checked in. Tried to talk to the front desk and they said they couldn’t help. Called a manager and left a message and never heard back. Was told it was dealt with but the issue is still there. When we booked we were not told the indoor pool was closed so there was only 1 outdoor pool for the entire resort. Extremely busy because of this. Rooms were decent, bathrooms very small. Ac doesn’t allow user to control it, there’s a lock on it and being pregnant 70 degrees is still too hot. Best part is the location because it’s close to Collingwood downtown and blue mountain.
Good place for a one night stop on the way to the ferry. Spacious rooms, decent food, nice views. Would stay again.
We attended the Songwriters Circle and the music was excellent, the layout of the venue was terrible.
A large portion of the crowd was there to socialize while not paying attention to the music and discussion. The placement of the seating area beside the serving area, where the socializing took place, disrupted any reasonable enjoyment of the event.
If this layout of used for this type of event I will not be returning to the Lakes.
My friends and I are residents of Toronto and came to this hotel for a 1 night stay for the experience and a night out.
From the moment we got to the hotel our experience was horrible. Many things went wrong. One of our friends arrived later in the evening and we had left instructions at the front desk to provide a room key for her (we left a name as well). The front desk staff completely ignored our instructions and called the room disrupting our sleep as we were resting before our night out.
Part of the experience of this hotel is the rooftop. There is a 2 hour limit and we have to book our time slots. When we went up to the rooftop there were limited lounge chairs that were taken or "saved" by people and we were told at that point that it was first come first serve. We ended up sitting on hard chairs for 1.5 hours. Once we finally got to lounge chair we were asked to leave as our time was up. Good luck in finding a comfortable chair!!!
When we first entered our hotel room it was freezing. We turned the Air conditioning down a little bit. At this point, we tried to have a nap, but as stated above the front desk called the room and disrupted our sleep. We all got up and started getting ready for the evening. We noticed that it was getting warm in the room so we increased the air conditioning thinking it will kick in and the room will get cooler throughout the evening/night. Unfortunately, this did not happen. We went out and came back around 4am/5am and the room was still hot but at that time in the AM we just went to sleep as we were tired and didn't think to contact the front desk as we didn't think anything was wrong at that point, however, it was a horrible sleep and the room just kept getting hotter. Shortly after we called the front desk to let them know that we felt the AC was not working. They sent a maintenance guy and even he walked in saying it was really hot. The maintenance guy checked and confirmed that the AC was not working and in fact, there was a part missing or he didn't have the part they needed to fix the AC. When we called the front desk to let them know they kept hanging up the phone on us. We tried calling at least 5 times. Each time, they hung up. We went to speak to the staff at the front desk to ask for some reasonable compensation, but instead we were met with staff that was argumentative, unapologetic and unwilling to provide reasonable compensation.
One would think that spending over $600 a night at this hotel you would receive better service than what we got. All we got left with is being hot and bothered!!!
I highly DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

This property is truly outstanding. It is a bit out of the way but well worth a visit because of the exceptional service and features. I would recommend as a destination - that is this is a place that is worth the visit even if you have nothing else to do in the area. My wife was interested as it was on the Penny (i.e. the Louise Penny - Author) trail. For me it was just a great destination with one on the most exceptional restaurant experiences in North America. Go to be pampered with exceptional service throughout the property or just for the outstanding food experience. We did not leave enough time so we will be back to swim in the beautiful pool and take advantage of the newly built spa. For a place in a country setting there really is so much to do that you need to stay at least two or three nights and we will be back to do that soon!

Service was attentive and thoughtful. The entire staff was kind and welcoming—not over the top, but just the exact amount. The location on Lake Massawippi was sublime—the water activities were included in the rate and easily accessible (kayaking, canoeing, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards). Intimate, comfortable, and a throwback to how old money vacationed.

I loved my vacation there. The renovations that the site did were wonderful. Beautiful calming. Service is great, everybody is nice. The food tasted good. I can't wait to planned my next vacation there!
Nice place to stay. Not overly fancy, but clean and looks new! We didn’t use the amenities as we were only there one night to visit the Scandinave Spa, but seemed like a nice enough place. I heard there is a $25 charge for the pool towel cards if you don’t return them, so beware of that and don’t take the cards if you’re not going to use the pool! Pool area was simple, nice landscaping, but no spa outdoors. Looks like they have a mini golf course that’s no longer maintained/offered.
Spent one night here with friends for a mini getaway. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We were at the main pool and it was busy and full of kids. We asked the front desk about the 2nd outdoor pool and it was empty. We had the entire pool to ourselves.

We had breakfast at the Gustav restaurant. It was delicious and not expensive. Service was wonderful. Our server was short staffed and busy but she was friendly and we didn’t experience any issues.
We are just wrapping up a three night stay. The hotel is clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had a main floor patio to the pool room that we absolutely loved. The location is perfect as it’s close to Blue Mountain village without being in the hustle and bustle of the hotels down there. We will be coming back regularly. Thank you for a great stay!
Stayed a week and loved the spacious suite which was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed the heated pool and surrounding area. Reason for 4 stars was only because the exterior photo of the hotel that is shown is misleading. Hotel is nowhere near the bay or any water. One of the main reason we picked this location. However the location is close and convenient to Blue Mountain shopping and restaurants.
This is a lovely hotel. The biggest plus is the staff service and hospitality. We were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. Andray is particular was so nice and helpful!
Only things to be aware of - it’s the exhibition area so it’s close to soccer stadium and event areas but you need to travel to downtown area. Feels a little off beaten path but beautiful lake view. Also as of this writing - gift shop is closed. FYI.
Clayoquot is in a single word amazing! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a high end luxury holiday. The staff are incredible, the food is incredible and the experiences are incredible. Truly world class! Thank you Clayoquot for yet another amazing stay.

this was our fourth stay. we love this place. most of the rooms are comfortable and some gorgeous, we didn't want to leave our room. the new pool and spa is amazing and the service is perfect. many of the same faces which i always see as a good sign that the staff like where they work. that's important to me. the food is excellent. we enjoyed every meal we had. the pool team is excellent, great service. we ate in both restaurants and were happy as always.
Just went for a one night getaway and it was a lovely stay. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped and clean. The pool is nice but too small for the number of guests. Gustav's restaurant was delicious and both servers at night and in the morning were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
My stay was very nice at Hotel X! So conveniently located near the center of Toronto. So clean and classy! I had a lovely corner room with a view of the harbour, giving me a lovely view of the sunset. Front desk and room service was so helpful and prompt with support. Hotel X drivers, they seemed to know when I wanted a quiet drive or a chat, which was really nice. John was the person who helped me with my booking and expertly suggested better accommodations per my needs, he even took the time to tell me all about the nearest attractions, the hotel amenities, and assisted with booking a massage at the spa (the staff at the spa are so sweet and friendly too, definitely go check it out).
I love the location of this property.

It's is a great property, although it gets busy at times. The ambiance felt luxurious, and you could rely on the staff for any kind of help you need.

I came here with friends to visit the restaurant, although you go through the hotel lobby before getting into the restaurant.

I used the valet parking option, and it was rush hour at the time of my check-in/out. It took some time before bringing up my car, which i understand how hard the staff work to make things smoother. That's the only downside. Otherwise, everything is great!
Dined in the Restaurant on Monday night (4 Adults /2 children) booking made by my D-in-Law ( Sarah Crabbe) . Despite a relatively quiet restaurant, the service was poor -over 1 hour for starters to arrive . We had two Grand kids with us and their food ( fish/ chips)did not arrive until main courses -the G/kids were hungry and tired. The starter dishes had not been removed from the table when the main courses eventually arrived . My chicken was overcooked as was a steak -the latter returned .When steak arrived -the veg which had arrived initially was cold. Staff were clearing some plates even though some of my guests had not finished eating. There seemed to be no person in charge and in my view staff ( having stayed in many top class venues ) are poorly trained. It is a pity as I was looking at bringing a golf party to the course which will not happen Eddie McDonnell
Awesome location, clean cottage and good hospitality…I had a good time with my family, especially my 3 year old…..Thank You @ Mr. Singh !!
Honestly best experience ever! Came from Niagara for a mini vacation, and even with the rain ruining some of our plans it was amazing! The front desk gentleman was wonderful! (I'll bring you another rock soon!) The housekeeping staff was also great! Rooms perfect, even had our extra requests done for us! 3 pools to choose from, plenty of outdoor activities for the family, Pathways to walk and even a little pond. 10/10 would recommend and stay again! Coming back when I can explore the caves! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Our yearly golf trip was ruined by your service and treatment. After a great round of golf our party of 7, all of us staying at the resort were rejected from the restaurant, we were told sorry you can't have a beer or food here because we have a wedding . We explained to them we were guests at the resort and even still we were told sorry have a good night. I do not understand what do the resort expect from their guest to do for drinks and dinner. You market yourselves as a luxurious resort, we went there to have a 5 star golf vacation and you wouldn't even serve beers to your guests, completely unacceptable.
Nice large and clean room.
No fridge.
Service does not exist. Check in in the pro shop, semi-professionell receptionist.
Maid service only per request but they did not inform us ahead. Even garbage hasn't been collected.
The place is in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant serves pimped up pub food.
Well we had a fantastic time here! The staff was exceptional our room was nice we had a pool side view, the outdoor pool was great and very warm (mind you it was raining for 2 x days) but it was perfect you have to make the best of it! The indoor pool was great too and yes it has a chlorine smell but that’s expected… I wish there was a hook in the shower to hang your wet bathing suits instead of the towel rack above the toilet (that’s my only complaint) but I would definitely return!
The room was beautiful and the gym was great.
Ted took me in the shuttle to the Club and he was really amazing and a great person, he helped me to know the area and to know where everything was located.
Mark at the front desk was also amazing, always with a smile, making everyone feel welcomed and always making sure that everything was perfect.
So, a special THANKS to them.
I love the cottage feel of these rooms. Beautiful marina!
Smiling staff, unlimited service and magnificent view, I would definitely recommend.👍👍👍
We started out in room 105. The shower check proved that it wasn't working. It is not a simple pull-down to start as detailed in the book. The front desk tried, and it still wasn't working, so we got upgraded for free to a chalet. Much appreciated.
Anyone who comes on here to write a negative review about this place is nuts. If you're willing to pay top dollar and yet still come on Google reviews to complain, you might have other issues in life to address as a larger priority than bickering on here.
...I've never been to this lodge, and I still think it's amazing. 5 stars!! Even if the photos are even remotely close to the actual lodge, still worth it.
The scenic beauty is mesmerizing. Absolutely in love with this place. The morning starts with beautiful mountain view and the day ends with great service, tempting dinner and peaceful environment. Me and my family are in love with this place ✨✨ definitely recommended if you want to explore a unique adventure.Service is remarkable. Thanks to the lodge team for making our stay memorable.
A lovely clean marina. Fun, attentive, knowledgeable staff. The residents, as I call them, at least those we have encountered have all been truly darling and welcoming.

Large slips, easy to identify, very small private beach, sunset deck to take in those unforgettable sunsets.
I could write a novel about how wonderful our time here was, but you simply have to experience it yourself. long story short: an unforgettable time and remarkable stay worth every penny.
We stayed at a Chalet at the Lakes at Ben Eoin and they were great! The room is basically a small condo with two bedrooms, full kitchen and dining area and a living room. Upon arrival the room was cool (A/C on) and very clean.

The location is perfect if you're looking to relax or have a car. If you're without a car, it can be a bit limiting as you're essentially on the side of the highway and about 30+ minutes from Sydney, NS. The restaurant on the golf course is great and the chowder is exceptional.

Overall, the staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only criticism we'd have is the spiders are a bit out of control. Yes, they're to be expected with the proximity to the lake and general moisture, but the front chalet light stays on non-stop which attracts them to the entrance - so keep your eyes open when entering or you're likely to walk through a web.
We booked two nights in a chalet here as one of our stops touring NS on our motorcycle. The chalet was clean and spacious with a full kitchen. However the patio for you room looks over a parking lot. It's literally a motel with two bedroom rooms. The restaurant is mediocre at best. I plan motorcycle trips. Don't stop here.
Me and my fam stayed here for 4 days and I can say it was the best 4 days I’ve had all year the people who work here are some of the best people I’ve ever met. I was crying I didn’t want to leave lol. The accommodations, food , activities, service 100% worth the money. Best hotel I’ve ever been to, thanks clayoqout❤️. Ill be back soon hopefully next season 🙏
Great staff and facility, it is worth going back into the marina. Easy dinghy ride to Honey Harbor where they offer a dinghy dock. Very well stocked grocery store. Marina offers wifi, free laundry. Nice docks.
It has been almost 20 years since we were last at South Bay Cove Marina. We were a little disappointed on how it had changed. The dock and gas staff were pleasant and helpful. Other than that, we were not impressed. The grounds were not as kept, one set of docks was heaved. The store was poorly stocked and the restaurant was not open. When we called to make dock reservations, we were given the impression the marina was full. We had to call back the following day to see if we had a reservation. We were shocked to see so many open slips for the one night we stayed. It has definitely lost the ambiance the marina once had.
Enjoyed lunch on the patio "dock ", food was prompt and delicious, our server did a great job and the hostes was very helpful in seating us. WE WILL GO BACK AGAIN,
We rented a boat slip for 2 nights and we had a great time. Brian and his staff were great in helping us. Great location and great resort. We would certainly go back!
Don't know where to begin! This place is MAGICAL! Everything is perfect! Can not think of a single thing I would change. Love how wonderful the staff was and great they look after everyone. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Thank you ALL for having me. Peace and harmony :)
Amazing Food, Beautiful Marina. And the patio views, 😍!
Just got back from a wonderful stay at this spectacular property. Such a magical place filled with natural beauty, adventure as well as comfort and relaxation. The staff were a highlight; so friendly, professional, helpful and cheerful. Sarah the GM is a wonderful host who does the best to make sure the guests are happy and comfortable. The food and drink were also outstanding. The excursions were super fun. Definitely recommend visiting.
We are neighbours…they have always been kind in allowing us to launch our boats there each season. We appreciate very much their kindness!!
Dvoraks 89 Harmony Rd.
It's a fun place if a group is going. With 8 cottages available, all equipped with a barbecue and picnic table, it was fun. The cottages are small but the bathrooms are renovated and clean. We did experience clogging which is typical of cottage living and it was only our cottage. None of the others had a problem. Hot water was great. Very close to the beach and local convenience store and restaurant.
How can I describe my week at Clayoquot? Magical, spectacular, life-affirming, simply special... Sara and her staff deliver more than is promised; everyone goes above and beyond to give the guests what they came for. On my first day, on the Sights of the Sound boat trip, we saw 12 bears including 2 mothers with a total of 3 cubs; 12 sea otters, 3 floating along next to our zodiac, and finally 7 grey whales showing us their tails. The kayaking adventures in the sound and the estuary can only be described as magical.....the beauty and the absolute silence.... I got to do 2 rides on Camaro, my new best friend horse. Seeing the rainforest and crossing the river on horseback are things that I won't soon forget. On my last evening I sat in the late afternoon sun on the roof of the bar watching my own private eagle, my seal friend cruising the estuary and the daily flotilla of mergansers. I feel like the staff members became friends, not employees...from Sara, to the guides, to the restaurant staff, to my favourite chef! I won't do individual shout outs to you; you know who you are! You all rock and are in my heart. I'll be back!
We were a group of 6 couples (all seniors) and one single lady. Booked six cottages. We had a blast and a wonderful time on the long weekend. Host Deep was very accommodating and took care of all our needs. Cottages were very clean. Loved the environment as it is just a block from the bay. We met in the fire pit area each night to play games, sing and dance. Hope to go back again.
We received a $250 gift card through this company, and when we got there all the venues listed on there website as valid venues refused our gift card, and claimed they never heard of any gift cards before. terrible service our night was completely ruined. Just a heads up for the people planning on going to Hershey world or Niagara distillery.
Falls Avenue Resort.. Like Nowhere else, truly lives up to its slogan. I have worked here for almost two months now and it truly is an amazing place to work previous to joining Falls Ave, I planned to go into social worker, however now I do not see myself leaving Falls Ave, but rather moving up into employee services and making it a career. There truly is a job for anyone and everyone at Falls Ave, when I need an accommodation they had it completed in a matter of 24 hours. It comes down to the old saying treat others how you wish to be treated.

This resort has everything from the Adventure City Arcade for Kids, The Family Friendly Falls view Indoor Waterpark, The Casino Niagara. as well as a plethora of dinning options - from fast take out (Starbucks, Freshii, Terrace Food Court which features a Pizza Hut and Great Canadian Burgers) to Pub Foods, such as Niagara Brewing Company and Billy Bones BBQ. To themed restaurants such as the Rain Forrest Café, to fine dinning restaurants such as Prime Steakhouse, the Rainbow Room and the Sheraton Falls view dining level.,

Having some of the best amenities in Canada along with top tier views of the 7th wonder of the world - Falls Avenue is not cheap but you 110% Get what you pay for, and is sure to please every traveler. And when you thought the amenities could not get better - they do! They are all connected and you never need to leave the resort! I highly recommended checking out Falls Avenue Resort, it turly is like nowhere else!
First of all, let me say the owners of this place are the nicest, sweetest people you could ever meet. They are so prompt with returning emails and answer questions. We wanted an early check in and we were easily accommodated. All I had to do was call the phone number that was left on the door of their building. Also, when we ran out of propane for the grills, I called the owner and he was up at the cabins in less than 5 mins with new propane tanks. . The cottages are comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice. I would describe it as "camping in style". We cooked outside the entire week with the grills (which I will say are very nice grills!). The cottages were very clean and neat. The location is perfect in relation to the strip and the beaches. You can walk to beach within 5 minutes. I could go on and on about how nice this place was. Lots of parking space and nice picnic tables for sitting outside. The firepits are great too! I will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you!
We had a wonderful time with friends here for a week. The cottages were just big enough with a double bed in one room and a double and single in the other. It was great to be able to bring our dog. The beach was a nice short walk away, and it was really convenient to be able to use the wagons from the playground to be able to carry our chairs and bags. Stores at the corner had everything you could need, and Wal-Mart and other stores were a short drive a way. There is even a great spa and salon nearby .. the Cutting Edge. The bed was comfy, but a bit short for my 6'2 tall husband. Everything was neat and tidy and the owners were available when needed but not intrusive. A great place for families and quiet couples. The beach was rocky, but clean and not weedy. There was also a nice picnic area with tables in nice shady areas, and bathrooms available. Great little town. Looking forward to returning!
We got a last minute booking in August - the cottage was clean, smelled good and was perfect for a family getaway. Wifi was strong - even outside! Neighbours were friendly, and the hosts were lovely - super quick responses and worked hard to make our vacation relaxing and positive.
We'll be back!
On Thursday, July 25th, me, my wife, and 5 of my kids were trapped in the elevator at the back of the Crown Plaza that leads to the water park and parking garage for 50 minutes. The doors would not close all the way on their own, and could not be opened from the inside. My eldest daughter (12) is claustrophobic, and did her best to not have a full melt down, but she now refuses to go on any elevator. My next eldest daughter (10) got sick due to the heat inside the elevator, which got rather hot. This experience ruined our vacation. We will not be coming back for a long time. I would like to thank the staff that were on hand that gave us what help they could, the cold bottles of water were appreciated, and the fact that you stayed on hand while we were stuck meant a lot, thank you!
Good golf course with elevation changes. Walked the course for thee rounds and it was a bit of a challenge as a few holes have a steep climb to the tee boxes but certainly walkable.
Stayed in the cottages they are very nice, clean modern rooms with enough room for 4.
Stayed in the lodge for the final four nights and was not impressed.
Service is lacking and rooms are dated. Housekeeping doesn't refresh your room which was a bit of a disappointment.
Stopped on way home from picking our son up from camp in Rosseau. We saw the large BREAKFAST sign and this is what we were looking for at 1045am.
Seated next to the water on the beautiful patio. The waitress greeted us and brought us lunch/dinner menus.
We thought about leaving then figured it was probably past the breakfast hours everywhere.
We all ordered burgers / sandwiches with fries / salad. The salad bar was fresh and very good. Lots of non salad stuff like bean salad, cottage cheese, coleslaw, and beets too. Delicious.
Our burgers and wraps were very good. While eating we saw another table ask for breakfast menus. Dang!!! We should never have assumed we missed it! Will have to remember to ask next time if we need to know something. Next summer for BREAKFAST!
The resort seems to be great for those who have boats docked there. Amenities were mostly available to "members" and not all resort guests. Wifi was horrible and beach and swimming area looks much better in the pictures. As for the cottage itself, it was clean and slept 6 more or less comfortably.
We had a lovely evening on the patio. Good food and friendly atmosphere. They even put a candle on my son's milkshake for his birthday. :).
My biggest complaint here is that it is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. Yes, there are elevators, but there are certain portions that can only be accessed by stairs, unless you go up and down the elevator multiple times. It is also a little confusing and can be stressful if you've got a cranky kid in a stroller and can't get to where you're going. it's 2018; it shouldn't be that complicated to add a ramp.

This is another one of those casinos that don't do anything extra for you. They will kick you out easy if you don't spend enough . Their food is basic and you pay for basic food. I would have a picture but we forgot to take it because it was laughable. Unless you want to drop bills you're nothing. Society at it's best. P.S. I make more than your security guards.
On top of having the largest indoor waterpark in North America, this resort property is affiliated with Starwood- Sheraton on the Falls hotel, IHG- Crowne Plaza hotel also Skyline Hotel and Waterpark which has a direct walkway from the hotel to the waterpark, and just across the street Clifton Victoria Inn which also has their indoor pool, parking free of charge and the only one out the four hotels listed that gives you breakfast free of charge. That's what accomodation offers are provided that are affiliated/attached to not only the waterpark with indoor access, but it also gives indoor access to Casino Niagara, Adventure City Arcade, Boutique shops such as Hershey Chocolate world, Always Refreshing Coca Cola Store and Maple Leaf Gift Shop.
If you get hungry from all the fun there's also indoor access to the dinning options within the resort, these options include Hard Rock Cafe, Rainforest Cafe, Subway, Pizza Hut, and KFC. At Sheraton there's Fallsview Buffet that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner that also looks over the falls on their 13th level, and Windows Restaurant serves a fine dinning dinner option, a business casual dress code is required for this restaurant, but both are available to the public as well as hotel guests. At Crowne Plaza, The Rainbow Room on the 10th level offers breakfast buffet and a fine dinning dinner with a business casual dress code, also with a view of the waterfalls and available to public as well as hotel guests at either four hotels listed.
Now if NONE of that sounds good or you don't think any of these attractions will catch your eye, walk right through the resort and right next door is Clifton Hill with all the main attractions, which include haunted houses, fun houses, The Skywheel, and right across the street from the resort is the waterfalls of Niagara Falls itself, as well as the ever famous Hornblower formally known as Maid of the Most boat ride.
The most wonderful part of the resort is it's open to anyone, anytime.
Keep in mind your visiting one of the 7th wonder of the world's so it's won't be a budget friendly trip, but at Falls Avenue Resort you will get what you pay for :)
Excellent for families with small children. Bbq, canoes and paddles boast included. Nice clean cottages, don't have to pack bed sheets and blankets with you. Will definitely visit again. Oh, they beach is super small! Don't go if you are into long swims or want a long walk on the beach.
