I have lived in this building for 3.5 years. Very clean and quiet and it is a pet friendly building. Fitness room, social events, party and good neighbors make this a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone interested in renting in South Barrie !

Great apartment building, can’t hear your neighbours at all, very modern styled units, most of the tenants are seniors/retired, key fob entrance, gym/lobby/community room/rooftop terrace/garbage and recycling room, only con of this apartment is the rent it pretty high considering utilities and parking are not included.

Modern and clean apartments!! Friendly staff and neighbours. This building is quite and we love being able to have our fur babies living with us. Great location to everything that Barrie has to offer.
Brand new building with friendly neighbors. Very nice, clean and quiet apartment. It also has a Gym, pet wash, party room and patio with beautiful landscape.
