DHL Express Warehouse

This place is kind of difficult to find. It is to the end of East 56th st ( dead end) don't expect to meet people in front to help you. THIS IS A WAREHOUSE, NOT A STORE!! Bunch of vans parked and 2 doors on each side. Go to the door on the Right Side, ring the bell, and someone will come. Or you can call them, they were pretty quick to answer and I got my package fast too.

There should be a sign, out side the gate with instructions to where to go for your package, otherwise. Very good, polite and comforting customer service.

It was super hard to find. The GPS kept rerouting so I literally just checked around the corner from where the GPS was originally sending me and that’s how I found the warehouse. The workers were polite so that’s always a plus!

This place was difficult to find based off google maps. But i needed my package so i checked the blocks around my destination. finally came to an opening with signs reading AUTHORIZED ACCESS ONLY. I became annoyed because i was confused as there was no other point of entry. A DHL worker emerged from a vehicle, so I asked for assistance. He directed me into the unauthorized area and agreed the signs were confusing. Happy i got my package!

This was my first time picking up a package from them. I normally ship/receive things through ups or fedex. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff at this location, Great customer service. Thank you

I am so disappointed about their package delivery that I nearly lost my case with the court. I was expecting a time sensitive package would be delivered on 4th of September by end of the day..It was so time sensitive that I took the day off only to receive the pakage on time as scheduled. I also left a Note on the main apartment entrance. It was around 5:15 pm I got a call from the DHL representative asking for my delivery address and she said my APT No is missing and the delivery driver was unable to deliver. Then I told her that my Apt no was T and told her that the delivery driver never called nor left a note on my Apartment entrance door, She the put me on hold and tried to reach the driver for the updated address but the driver never received her call as she told me. Then I politely asked if I could pick up the pakage. The lady was nice and gave me the address and the instructions..later on I took a taxi (It's a remote location and expensive)and got there and got the pakage and Discovered that The Apartment No on the pakage. It's a shame like DHL service to do that for a responsible job executed so poorly manner..I also included the pictures of their indecincy. They should fire the delivery driver ASAP.

I am so dissapointed. I have been trying to track down a package for a few days now. I was told to go to the Manhattan location, which is 1.5 hrs from where I live. I proceeded to pick up my package in Manhattan near the west side high. ( risk my life) and was told it was in Brooklyn and never left for delivery. With no fuss I went back home and google express DHL and sure enough this location showed up. I immediately called a cab and went right to the location, which was 35min away. I got their around 9:15. I gave the employee my slip which contained the tracking number. She then said "oh someone called earlier about this package and I told her it wasn't here". I ask if this was the only warehouse in Brooklyn, she said yes. So my response was "so it's here" she proceeded to look for about to 3mins and then said, well it's here but it could be on any of the docks. I didn't respond. Because at this point she lost interest in trying to locate my package even after I mentioned the mix up. Not to mentioned she lied to the representative about the package not being at that location earlier.

I said thank you and proceeded to my cab. In my head I am thinking, she had to have a heart it's not even 9:30 yet. So as I walked back up the ramp, she had proceeded to print out a new label with the rerouted address. So I ask "oh so then it's here?" Is there anyway I could get it tonight? She said no. I knew then that she was heartless. I then ask if it's garuntee that they will deliver and she said yes. Hummmm OK its July 5th...let's see. BTW this is my first ever review on any company. Oh if you are interested. The employee was female with dreads.
