Metro Drugs has the BEST customer service. After my meds were delayed by fedex, the owner Joe personally called me. They had another package sent out AND are still sending the original package per my request just incase there's a delay with the next package. This has given me such peace of mind and what an amazing experience to work with a company that cares about its customers! Thank you Joe and thank you metro drugs!

Vinny is an actual angel on this earth. that man is beyond supportive, kind, compassionate, intelligent, patient... there aren't enough words in the english language for me to sing his praises enough. sincerely. i even left a voicemail on the manager's messages letting her know that he is an invaluable asset. because of him, i will refer every friend to this pharmacy. undoubtedly, without question, single-handledly because of Vinny.

it truly pains me to see anyone who is leaving less than a 5-star review for this place. i cannot imagine going through this process without his insight and dedication to helping.

Got my meds delivered (NY --> MA) on the following day. Costumer service was very helpful, as I needed these meds asap. Fair prices! I'm so relieved I found this pharmacy.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service and cold people handling their customers. If you’re looking for fertility meds there are cheaper options with way better manners and customer service. I paid for overnight service for a trigger shot and it did not make it in time for my procedure. This place would not refund my purchase nor would the refund any of the shipping costs. Do your research before going to this place. I know CNY uses them but there are way better places.

I was exploring my options for a pharmacy to start my treatment, and my experience with their representative was quite disappointing. Their demeanor was impolite and impatient, as they abruptly interrupted me. It's concerning to think about the potential stress I might encounter when needing last-minute medication with such customer service. Fortunately, I had the foresight to inquire in advance. Ultimately, I decided to opt for a different specialty pharmacy

My wife and I had a positive experience with Metro Drugs. The prices they offered me matched or beat other pharmacies that I searched through, including websites that compile different pharmacies' prices, like GoodRx. I didn't always get through to a person, but when there were technical difficulties I spoke to Joe who apologized and helped me himself. It's not often you can speak directly to the owner of a business, without asking. Metro Drugs received the 4 prescriptions from my wife's doctor and processed them within a few hours. I provided payment information over the phone and they then shipped the drugs overnight to us. They arrived about 20 hours later in what appears to be good condition. The drug that was supposed to be cold was still cold, and none of the medications appeared open or damaged.
