Vine Floral by Forest of Flowers

I now live in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. I needed to send a flower arrangement to my mother for Mother's Day. My mother lives in St. Catharines. The arrangement was delivered yesterday (Saturday)and my mother says she absolutely loves the flowers. She cannot say enough about them. When talking to her again today, she kept saying how much she loved the flowers and that they were beautiful. The man who did the delivery was nice and polite as well. Thank you for the great service and great job in putting together the arrangement of flowers for my mother. 🙂

Ordered a dozen white roses to surprise my wife at work. The g do lowers were almost as beautiful as my wife. I ordered in the morning and they were there at lunch. The flowers were well packaged, very pretty and fresh.

Best of all, my message to her was hand written.

Girl wasn't paying attention to her job. I will not shop here again. She wanted to charge me double for two items going to the same address. Very poor service.

A wonderful place for flowers with outstanding customer service. In a nutshell, we ordered an arrangement and to be honest, were not completely satisfied. I notified the company and very quickly received a response with not 1 but 2 very fair options to make things right. I actually made my own suggestion and they were more than happy to oblige. In less than a few hours, our agreement was met and the family received a wonderful bouquet. They were so grateful, and at a very difficult time. This is a great florist in the Niagara peninsula. They always deliver on value, quality and service. The flowers I sent for a relative's birthday were gorgeous and thrilled her "to pieces".

Vine supplied the flowers for my dad's funeral, and they were perfect! We gave a few suggestions for colours that he liked but left much of it up to their discretion.
