Very rude employee, bad customer service. Other Pret is way more cleaner and more friendly. This place is very crazy.
Hi, so i been going into Pret for a few months and I have to say, this Pret has to have the worst customer service and on top every time I order a drink, the amount on the cup is less and less. What is the point of paying for a subscription when they will not give you what you ask for 🤷🏼♀️
Always clean and fresh. Amazing service and staff. Fairly quiet so you can have a conversation.
Visited this store for the first time and was very impressed with the service. The cashier was very helpful and assisted me with locating the proper coffee urn, after my purchase. The ham and cheese sandwich on baguette was tasty and a good value. The casual, clean atmosphere and central location were also pluses. Good option when seeking a convenient, low key spot in the midst of a hectic stretch of Broadway.
3.5 stars. This place seems decent, though it's missing one and half of a star because the closing time on the weekends is ridiculously early (compared to other places from the same chain) which is both unexpected and inconvenient. I had the misfortune of arriving only minutes before they close, and while the employee at the cash was friendly, the selection of foods such as sandwiches was greatly limited, though I believe they still had a decent variety of juices available. Overall, aside from closing earlier than other stores of the same name, the establishment was well managed and friendly.
The best tuna sandwich and iced green tea in the game!! In any Pret the customer service is amazing everyone greets you with a smile and positive attitude.
Egg and bacon on a brioche roll for $5. Average rating for average sandwich with not enough bacon to taste really. Still it is convenient grab and go so they meet a purpose when I’m in a hurry.
