Great building staff, but very sketchy management company. We lived there for 5 years, and Chris H & Anne-Isabel P from TFC tried to randomly collect $2k in “damages” from standard wear-and-tear over the years when we moved out.

They’re also shady about your security deposit, which is supposed to earn interest. When we followed up on the amount of interest we had accrued over 5 years, they never responded.

Furthermore, to discuss these charges in a mature manner, we respond to their emails right away, but then don’t reply to our calls or emails for weeks and then send automated collections notices.

Beware these predatory moneygrubbers! They will try to take advantage of you.

I’ve been living in this building for over 7 years now. You get a decently renovated apt when you move in. However, as things start to fall apart they just replace them with old things. Very bad work, that breaks easily. Everything is done very cheaply. No one cares. Management is a complete disaster and useless. Also there’s tons of leaks all over the building, which means there’s definitely mold in the walls! If you’re considering this building you’ve been warned. The only thing it has going for it…it’s the location. Other than that…there’s better cared for buildings out there.

Stolen jewelry by either handymen or painters. DON’T TRUST THIS BUILDING! After a major leak in my building I was forced to move out for 3 days and not reimbursed for those 3 days. After those few days of handy men and painters in the building, we noticed that our baby’s baptism jewelry and other gold items were stolen. BUILDING MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE.

This “luxury” building is OLD. Major BROWN water leaks and floods in my unit. Building did nothing to reimburse. Chris Harmon couldn’t swat a fly for you and Ross Gabel is too important to answer emails or calls. It took 3 days to fix my unit and when we returned, jewelry was missing. The location of this building is the only good thing it has going for it. Yes, I did send this photo to management and yes…. I do not care that you know who I am. Maybe you will return my call now.

Mr Jose is poor communicator and treats me poorly when I inquired about an apartment he thinks he can just call me a frosted pretzel and not respond to offers he deserves no business as he dishonors his position with his presence use other agent if interested in this building
