Nice apartments too expensive

I have lived here since 1975, when my mom moved here on the 57th Ave side. I moved to the other side in 1994, so, I have lived here for almost 50 years! I remember when Mr. Samuel LeFrak would often walk around the complex to see for himself how everything was going. This place was a great place to live, and thrive (Of course we had our moments of discord, like any other place.). We had regular events for children, and adults *Especially in the summer months* (NOTHING FROM THESE PRESENT SLUMLORDS), we had the community room for official meetings, and, rental for parties (NOTHING FROM THESE INEPT, UNCONCERNED SLUMLORDS). The management office was ***ALWAYS*** involved with day to day tenant concerns, plus, they had monthly sensitivity meetings with "The Tenants Association" (NOT SO WITH THIS UNCONCERNED SLUMLORDS, AND HEAD OF SECURITY). They did background checks for **ALL POTENTIAL TENANTS**, instead now, they have the city throw them obscene amounts of money to move in homeless people, mentally ill people, migrants, and possibly recently released prisoners. If you call the management office, you only get a recorded message (In the past, the phone was **ALWAYS ANSWERED**), which says "If you would like to speak to a **SING ASSOCIATE** (I guess LeFrak "Which was on a decline as a SLUMLORD." before it was possibly to Sing Associates.). The property is ALWAYS FILTHY with dog poop inside, and outside of the buildings, the garbage in the compactor rooms are mostly filled with garbage (Which is unsanitary, and is dangerous.), I'm not sure why they even have security *The dispatcher has a disgusting attitude!*, and, the MCI's are NEVER ENDING!!! Lastly, these people are thieves! They took my rent money, without crediting me the payments, and, they WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! My advice "DON'T MOVE HERE, STAY AWAY"!!!

I have been suffering from Militaray-Grade Radiation, Chemical Aerosol, and Noxious Gases since I was a resident. The Management has authorized Law Enforcement to set up the deadly apparatus in two Apartments, juxtaposed with my apartment. The above floor is vacant next door, but Law Enforcement has round-the-clock access. These Human Rights Violations are despicable acts of murderous behavior. I have Irrefutable evidence to back my claim.

The only thing good about this place is im 12 mins away from work, my parents anf my in laws. Some of the maintenance people are good but most are lazy, complain when you call to get a work order done and dont finish the work out. They have roaches qnd water bugs alot and a huge pigeon problem where balconies of empty apartments are infested with pigeons and poop. When you call security they yell at you and annoyed. Security doesnt even do rounds. Ive seen guards completely knocked out at the desk. There is residents that are letting their dogs poop all over the place and have even destroyed doors.

the worst place to live. First of all security doesn’t do anything, I would love to have that job where I’m sleeping on my morning shift, and using my phone all day. must be nice. You ask them for help, and they seem like you just beyond inconvenienced them. Don’t get me started on the washing machines, there’s about 2-3 of them that never work at a time, the biggest one is always broken and HAS been broken and not working for 6+ months. with how much they scam your money here, and how much it cost, I wanna know where all the money is going towards maintenance? In the pockets of the greedy management. Let’s not forget, the disgusting bug and cockroach infestation. I see 10+ a day in my apartment. I am always cleaning, no food is out, have sprayed, everything I could have done and it’s still horrible. I even saw 2 down at the laundry the other day. I cannot stand these apartments and cannot wait to GET OUT. I suggest never considering to move here. It’s absolutely awful.

Worst place to live management never answers they’ll just transfer you a maintenance line or front desk and write a ticket. I’ve been here for 3 years ! Apartments get flooded through the kitchen sink and are infested with roaches. I also get ants that come from the heater and the exterminator spray did not work ! Bad service and high rent !

I've been living in the buildings for three years, but the last three four months it's a bit ugly because people drink smoke now they already started with loud music in front and the security never says anything the administration doesn't do anything it's time to look for a better place
