I love living in these apartments. It is what it is. Me and my pups are happy here. Dog friendly and most of the neighbors are kind. There is an unspoken understanding that dogs bark especially some that are stressed when left alone. Most of the tenants here have shelter dogs. We are respectful of these stressed dogs and do not complain about "noise" at reasonable times.. If you are not an animal person you should live elsewhere.

Ive never lived there so cant speak on how its ran. Its not the typical apartment community. A gov program type of thing. Location is down town so if you work there its good and near interstate.
