We worked hard to get them a tax credit & then defaulted on paying us the other half of the fee, this is a breech of contract on a letter of engagement they signed. John Gomez just disappeared & didn't return any of my calls, email or our lawyers demand for payment. I would not do business with John Gomez at thriller mfg. If this is how you do business it's a wonder you are still in business.

Unprofessional/ Rude Staff

Amazing shop they have laser cutter and plasma cutter, big rolls, 500 ton press break and smaller breaks too, 10' sheer, and lots more. Staff is friendly, honest and able to help manage projects.... highly recommend them

Thriller Manufacturing created and donated about 100 laser cut metal plaques to the Midvale Arts Council to be given to Veterans in honor of their service to our country. The workmanship was beautiful and the Midvale Arts Council received many wonderful comments from the Veterans and their families regarding this gift and what a very nice way to honor them. Thanks Thriller for your donation to honor our Veterans, we appreciate you.

Never delivered on stair rails.

I had 2 curved stair stringers rolled out of channel. They told me they could do them so we went forward with the project. They took months to get them done and when I stood them up, they didnt fit. Called and they said I had them the wrong way and it wasnt their fault. I flipped them and they were even worse but they refused to take responsibility.

Because of the bind they put me in on the new home, I built the curved staircase. I contacted them and they said that I didn't have to pay the balance but they were not going to return the $1500 deposit. Very poor business practice.

I am now left behind schedule and now I have 800 lbs of stair stringers that I have to figure out what to do because they don't want to pick them up. Avoid at all costs. If the job doesn't go to plan, they will rip you off.

They have metal cutting lasers! I had a project to cut two pieces out of a big 4x8' sheet of 1/8" thick steel for back yard fire pits. Friendly and courteous staff throughout the process (I hadn't ordered something like that before). Prompt responses to emails and questions. Pick up of the materials after was easy and so far everyone has been awesome. Hope to have more projects in the future with them.
