Excellent omakase!!! The best one I had in Tokyo so far. Taste and freshness is on point, service is impeccable (english and korean translation for each piece), the pace is just right. Very much enjoyed the experience. Thank you Chef Uryuu!!
We loved every minute of our omakase experience at Sushi Tou. The atmosphere is very intimate and the service is impeccable - despite the small language barrier you really feel looked after. The sushi was incredible and we especially liked the three varieties of tuna. This is a meal we’ll be thinking about for a long time!
I had the best experience at sushi tou, lucky enough to be served by chef Matsumoto, he was very kind to explain each dish that was served. The other staff were very polite and attentive. Excellent sushi and customer service is superb. I’ve tried a few omakase restaurants in Tokyo and this one is my favourite now and will definitely return. Each sushi was unique and high quality ingredients were used, you can really see the skill levels of the chefs. Thank you once again for a wonderful time.
Sushi Tou was a phenomenal restaurant for dinner, and while I’ve been to a number of omakase spots in the US, this was a truly authentic experience I’ll remember. Chef Noboru Matsumoto expertly served us a 23 course dinner, explained each of our dishes in English, and was knowledgeable about where each fish or dish was sourced from when we asked questions. The design of the restaurant is modern and intimate and the service was outstanding. I hope to come back again in the future for another season.
Absolutely love it. Today is our last day of honeymoon in Japan, this is a great restaurant to complete the trip. We love the experience a lot! My husband loves the tuna! The chef is super professional and friendly! Every bite tastes great!
I had a very enjoyable experience at Sushi Tou. Everything was delicious, but the best for me during this visit was the horse mackerel (aji), also the marinated tuna surprised me the texture was unexpected. I can't wait to come back; please keep making such amazing sushi! 👍

- The diverse range of textures and flavors on the menu kept me interested.the feeling of each consecutive piece was distinct!
- The fact that their ingredients come from all corners of Japan made me feel like I was truly savoring the essence of the country.🤓
Only bad thing is I forgot the name of the fish for the sushi that is transparent white with red tinge and soy sauce brushed on top🥲. I liked that one too

We booked the nigiri menu at Sushi-Tou a few days in advance. We booked it for lunch. The food, the atmosphere and the chefs were outstanding! It was the best sushi we have ever eaten. Everything was very fresh and the different nigiri melted in your mouth. Thank you so much for this great experience!
