Khaadi Sharjah City Centre

Very bad experience, staff over payment counter is very rude and unprofessional, they are just spoiling name of well renowned Pakistani Brand. Company should give them basic training before onboarding. When asked for branch manager to discuss matter, even branch manager refused to speak with us because she was busy in eating !!!!!!

One can buy garments and ready to wear trouser and dupatta and complete set of the same.. A great collection and outstanding offer of 50 percent discount at the store..

My order AE-000502361 was never delivered. I kept coordinating online through email to khaadi and even after sending them all proof of payment, they ghosted on me. Its been more than 5 days I haven't got my order. I have been a regular customer since ages and spent thousands. Never ever dealing with their pathetic customer service again. Sheer disappointed with how a small order is being dealt. Glad it wasn't my big money involved. Its a shame to such a big brand.

Worse customer service ever. Please do not make your purchases online on khaadi website because if you want to make any returns then you'd have to chase them as on their website you will not find any customer service number. They only have customer service email so just email and keep waiting till someone helps you out or not. With such difficulty I find out customer service number from their Facebook page. I called them and they're as stupid as their website. Each staff will say different things and only your blood will boil speaking to them. I am regretting my purchase. I got the incorrect size and now all they have told me that a delivery guy will come to collect the order back and I have recieved no reciept of this by email. They said after I return the items they will give me voucher of the same value. I definitely don't trust these people. Please do not waste your time or money on such a brand.

Very bad customer service. The 2 sales girl was busy talking. I asked them to help me with sizes. ROZA she said what's there in display only. She didn't bother to even come. We came all the way from Jebel Ali, after asking where do we get Gul Ahmed collections.
But there was one sales guy named ALI , HE WAS AMAZING. he was fasting but he tried to help. He showed the sizes which BTW Roza said is not in stock.
But Ali showed us the size from drawers.
Very good sales man.
If these kind of girls are at counter, the store will close.
