Good range of parking and helpful staff. Good variety of products some with great reductions. Great place to grab some home.crafts to do with kids during the school holidays!
The biggest of the big Hobbycrafts. Over 2 floors with lots and lots of craft goodness!

Loved the collection & prices are decent - not too high not too low. Definitely better alternative than Etsy
An exceptional member of staff served me - Jo-Ann, she went out of her way to get an item from upstairs for me & honoured a voucher even though the Internet had gone down - great service š
Some things are out of stock as head office does the ordering! Great store, though, and lots of crafty things are available.
Definitely improving their stock with a very wide range of craft goodies, more card making / paper & card please. Good customer service. The guy on the till told me about the app which was very useful.
Itās not my favourite of the stores but it is pretty big and isnāt too blandly laid out. I was hanging around the cricut machines looking lost and at least 4 team members walked past ignoring me. I ended up speaking with a member at the till who was really helpful so that certainly made the visit better
