If you're looking to apply do not waste your time. The company will reach out as if they would like to interview you but once you complete the application and then schedule for the interview. The interview never happens, so in my opinion save yourself the time and apply elsewhere. ( CT )

I wish they had more flavors of Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches that is dairy but good company they also give you credit or your money back if the driver messed up your order and etc which i love

I recently ordered from GoPuff through Grubhub and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. My order was over an hour late and when I finally received it, I discovered that some items were missing. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that they couldn't do anything to rectify the situation and I was left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that some delivery drivers have been known to steal items from customers' orders. This is completely unacceptable and it speaks to the lack of professionalism and ethics within this establishment.
In addition to the terrible delivery service and potential theft, I also found that the overall experience with GoPuff was lacking. The ordering process was confusing and it was difficult to navigate the website. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, which left me feeling like my concerns were not being taken seriously.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone against ordering from GoPuff through Grubhub or Seamless. There are plenty of other options out there for delivery services that are reliable, professional, and trustworthy. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and choose a different establishment.

This app has low reviews but I’m confused why. The app layout made it very easily accessible to order any type of grocery to door, even at 12:30 am. This was my first time ordering so I had my doubts but it arrived quick and had an accurate tracking option, as well.

Always ....ALWAYS fails to deliver the order . Be it on time or the right items . Even got calls saying they sant deliver what I want over an hour after I order yet they want to refund me 3 - 5 days later !!!!

They left my package downstairs in the lobby of my 20 floor building.The delivery instructions were to meet me at my door, they could have even left it in front of my door and that would have been fine. I wasn’t called or notified that they were close or even on the way so I could at least come downstairs to retrieve my order. I feel it was very disrespectful and unprofessional and I would never again order from go puff.

TERRIBLE service!!! I ordered some late night snacks and they said they were arriving soon for an hour. They didn’t end up showing up at all. I spoke with customer service three times and they kept trying to tell me it was on my way if I just wait. They didn’t agree to give me a refund until 8 hours later when the food was still not delivered and im still waiting for it to post. Awful service! Don’t waste your time.
