It's near to Erami Carpet Store
Most of the shops inside give a luxurious vibe, yes. But the building itself is quite mediocre. Slick in built, but aesthetically mid level.

It has some good luxurious shops but the main attraction is the food. The restaurants on the eighth floor are amazing yet very expensive for Iranians. But maybe not so much for tourists
Sam center seems Incomplete. Aside from several high end shops there isn't much shopping prospect and I've seen many shops come and go over the years. The cafe and food hall at the top are the main draw. Beware of restaurants requiring reservations. $$$$ price range. Good parking.
Sam Center is not huge but it's one the most luxurious shopping center in country. You can find many super brand shops in the center. Very easy access. 5 levels underground parking. More than 5 proper restaurant and coffee shops.
