We parked here, which was fine in itself. But on the sign it said $6 flat rate. We thought awesome! When we came back later it said $9, but when we put it into the machine it said $12. I spoke to the man upfront and he pointed to small writing on the inside sign that said prices change every 12 hours. So I agreed to pay $9 and then he proceeded to charge my card $12. I would not return.
