I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a pair of shoes at this store. I only wore the shoes once during my vacation and noticed that one shoe was smaller than the other, despite being the same number of size. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I was forced to buy another pair of shoes for the remainder of my trip. Upon my return, I attempted to return the shoes and express my dissatisfaction with the product. However, I was informed by the staff that the shoes had already been worn and therefore, could not be returned. Furthermore, they didn't offer any vouchers or gift certificates to rectify the situation. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience. I waste too much money on a pair of shoes that don't match, and I am unsure of how to proceed with this pair of shoes.

They gave us the pair that different size on each shoe. We tried to exchange it, I tried it on only one time and they said that "we can do nothing with it since you already wore it, I'm sorry!"
Do not buy anything from them because they will not make it right in the first place!

I recently visited foot locker in Kenwood mall in hopes of finding a new pair of shoes, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority at this establishment.
First and foremost, the wait time was utterly unacceptable. I spent a frustrating 45 minutes manager savannah and employee Patrick was so slow and rude. they have to learn customer service skills.As for the customer service, it was virtually nonexistent. When I finally managed to flag down an employee, they appeared irritated by my presence and lacked basic knowledge about the products they were selling.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store was unwelcoming and chaotic. The aisles were cluttered, making it difficult to browse the merchandise, and the lack of organization only added to my frustration.
My experience at Foot locker was nothing short of disappointing. The extensive wait time, coupled with the apathetic attitude of the manager and the poor customer service, has ensured that I will never set foot in this establishment again. I urge others to think twice before patronizing this store, as their disregard for customer satisfaction is truly appalling.

This about the customer service we just received, which was unacceptable. A young guy with starter dreads or braids was very rude when we asked for additional help on a different size shoe. His response was “I don’t know if we have that size, you’ll just have to look and see for yourself.” All this while waving his hand like he could no longer be bothered. What happen to customer service…? Never coming back to this location.

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon around 1 pm and wanted to buy a pair of air forces. Stood there trying to get the attention of one of the three employees. No one helped. The two girls working the register were too busy having a conversation. Never got helped so I left. Tried to get there attention multiple times and was just stared at while they went back to their conversation. Sorry I bothered you guys. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Worst customer service experience I’ve had honestly. I get it, its retail, but there were only 2 other customers in the store

I went here to pick up an order I had put in online, I went to the register the woman working was a very lovely employee, she asked another woman working if she was able to see if my order had arrived. The one who looked for my order had been back there for about 15 minutes, She was either looking very hard or not at all. when she came back she had told me my order was not there, I asked if she knew when it would be there and she said no. I also asked if it was in stock which i had seen with my own two eyes that they were indeed in stock, at that point i just left because i was over it. She gave me a very low energy response with every question i asked, no words, just head shakes. I have never worked at a foot locker but i’m sure it’s not extremely difficult to help and employee by checking on the order status, it was all i even cared about. All I wanted to do today was get my boyfriend gifts so that he could have a Christmas, but what I got was no gifts and $200 gone, can’t even refund my order to get him something else. I make about $300 a paycheck and cannot afford for these things to happen just because an employee doesn’t feel like doing what they’re supposed to do.I personally feel it is essential for companies and employees to help customers with needs. Please do better, you get paid to work, not to be disrespectful for no reason.
