I love my shoes but I didn’t like the fact the shoes were tagged 20% but the discount wasn’t given at the time the shoes were rang up. Got in touch with customer service and they sent me a discount code via email but I would have to return the shoes and rebuy.

Had proof of transaction for return. . Manager was not helpful.

the mall store closes at 9pm arrived at 8:45,. Knew what I wanted to buy but had doors closed 3/4 of the way closed. Asked if I could come in and make my purchase said no. Just no, no sorry no nothing. Just no, ridiculous I’ll just order from amazon or somewhere else.

Manager So is very kind and knowledgeable! She runs her store very well and keeps good employees.

First time shopping at Softmoc. Both employees were very helpful and friendly. They both seemed knowledgeable about the shoes my daughter was trying on. Instead of trying to sell us something that wasn't best for her feet, they gave us suggestions on another brand specific to her needs. The female employee checking us out explained the rewards program in detail and overall made us feel like she cared. I dont typically leave reviews but these young employees who helped us should be training the rest of Kenwood mall associates! Thanks

I would give 0 stars if I could. Employees didn't want to help and when asked, they just said they didn't have the size and suggested I go somewhere else. I would never go back anyway.

The staff were very helpful and so nice! They were very patient with me and quick to greet me as I walked in! I will return again!
