Chai cafe is located in south Kheradmand street which is near by Tehran Artist park (Khaneyeh Honarmandan) and located at a dead end alley a bit hard to find. The cafe has a big courtyard with very pleasant atmosphere and hospital staff who always have attention to the clients. Their infusion are very good and they are also offering a few special foods. There is also a small room for those to prefer to eat inside. They are closed before noon and start working in the afternoon.

If you are interested in cafes located in old houses, this cafe is a nice one. Located in the downtown where you can sit outdoors in the yard or within the building. The dinner was yummy and precisely garnished and the staff were nice( can be nicer by the way). We ordered the meat plate, the chicken plate, fries and a salad. The only downside was the poor lighting system in the yard which made us turning on the cellphone flashlight to see our plate although a candle was available which was not enough. We'll go for the breakfast next time since the choices seems quite yummy. The tea was also incredible which suits the name of the cafe, especially progue tea

Excellent atmosphere, low lights and quiet. Staff are good and friendly. Prices of the foods are really good compared to other cafes in Tehran. The teas(chai) have a vast variety and perfect quality.

Café Chai is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Their warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with their great music selection, makes it the perfect oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The food and drinks menu is extensive, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. There's something for everyone here, from tea to dinner, and everything in between. If you're looking for a cozy spot to spend an afternoon, Café Chai is a great choice.

Cute and cozy cafe. Nice atmosphere. The cafe is cat friendly and has cats in it moving around tables. I ordered strawberry cheesecake and chai, and they both tasted good. The staff was really friendly. It was a great experience especially at night when they lit candles all over the cafe and tables. Also, they have many different types of Chai in menu as it might be obvious from the name of cafe.

I'm giving Cafe Chai 3 stars, only because of its limited menu items. When we arrived at this place, they had just reopened it after being closed by the morality police for no reason. They only had coffee and cakes at the time, but based on what they said their menu was comprehensive and they felt sorry for their lack of resources.
The place has a beautiful yard and it is cozy to its real meaning. a cute cat was jumping from this side to the other one, creating a lovely environment. I believe their warming facilities was acceptable (I was here in the middle of autumn) and their behavior really were welcoming. if you in downtown Tehran, this place would a good one to have breakfast and brunch.
