Worst Subway i ever had in karachi.

I made an order and had an unpleasant experience with the telephone representative. Despite calling them multiple times, they were unprofessional and rude, even hanging up on me at times. Two hours later, the rider contacted me but still failed to deliver my order. This behavior was unacceptable and I believe Subway should investigate and address this issue.
The entire team responsible for customer service is performing poorly.

I placed an order today at 12 May 2023 at 8PM, the telephone representative was really unprofessional and rude after calling them for the 6th time they said its not my concern and hung up my call several times and after 2 hours the rider contacted back but still did not showed up! its really unethical team Subway should look in this matter.

Worst service ever.. !!! Upon delay on orders their sales man just say non of my concerns..
Jamal, Chris, kashif, safdar they all are just worst employees… never order in this branch !!!

Placed an order overnight. Paid amount through a debit card but not delivered. Tried calling too much to their branch but the not picked up.... Very very annoying. Wastage of money and time.

The food is hygienic upto the mark. The place is quite. The air conditioners were out of order. There were no olives available for the subs 🤨. All in all healthy food served.

A nice and cozy place, best for quick eats. If you are looking for a healthy diet and scrumptious meal, you can choose this shop. A bit overpriced.Highly recommended, I would rate 10/10
