It was bad enough before with no staff at the medicine counter. Now the medicine counter is completely closed, everyone has to queue up at the pharmacy counter, where some people are waiting a long time for prescriptions, others need detailed medical advice taking up to 15 minutes. I'm in pain and need an OTC med and supposed to be able to stand queuing until the end of time. Boots just seem to get worse and worse for the customer. Such a shame that their monopoly has shut down most independent chemists and now Boots as a company shows contempt for customers who are ill, elderly or infirm or otherwise have difficulty standing.

Been trying to get hold of them urgently for 2 hours now. Can’t drive there because immunodepresent. SHOCKING

Sabrina is one of the first members of staff you see as you enter boots, and she is always so friendly and helpful, and has extremely good customer service skills. I have been lucky to have been given a couple of Benefit cosmetic makeovers recently, and she is credit to the store. She has convinced me to try out a whole new brand of make up and has helped me understand what looks I feel comfortable in and which also suit me and make me feel more confident. Sabrina is the best worker I have seen ever and made me feel so welcome and has very good conversation skill and has helped me become more confident in make up as a whole. The picture below has to be one of my favourite and made me feel so happy and like I can feel myself (excuse my tongue). I loved the new brow products and all of the skin care products as well.

Great store and great people. I use quite a bit especially for my prescriptions and they are really efficient

Good range of products, bit of a queue at the tills but ok.

Pharmacy department is awful nobody knows what they’re doing and they could not get my prescription right! Never anyone on the Clinique counter!

Needed help finding something today, asked member of staff on perfume and she told me it was self service(makeup area) and she couldn't help me. Then I asked her where item might be and she told me they were due a delivery and not available absolutely fobbing me off. I persevered and found it eventually myself. I've never known this to happen before in this store what's happening

It seems Boots has given up with business in the High Street and yet the staff are helpful and there are alot of good products at a good price. I found the store dark and there were lots of gaps on the shelves. The shelves needed a dust and stock needed replenishment. The make up on offer on the cardboard stands was missing and it was hard to look at as the plinths were on the end of the aisle with people going by. No samples out so didn't buy anything.
