very quiet and nice place to study, working whilst surrounded by volumes upon volumes of books is very therapeutic, and should any particular book catch your fancy rutgers students are able to take books out of the library to peruse on their own time.
lovely natural lighting and tons of outlets to charge your phone or laptop whilst studying, not to mention the artwork that decorated the space is intriguing and worth taking a break from working to look at in detail.

A beautiful place to study, with lots of natural light, plenty of desks and chairs, and a couple group study rooms. It's usually pretty clean, too. But about those group study rooms: the staff here are completely lax in getting people to either stop talking loudly in the middle of the library or go get a room. They're also completely lax when it comes to eating in the library. People quite literally come to the library for lunch. Every day.

An average Rutgers library based on my experience.

Good place to study quietly and the staff is kind and helpful. Basement has independent cubicles past the moving shelves for Graduate Art Students, but can be used by others if not in use.
