I am visiting Dollhouse for past 2.5 years and would like to appreciate the excellent nail service that they are providing. Pat and Alma are the best nail technicians there. Manager of the salon, Gayle, is very friendly, kind and helpful person. I recommend better hair style service there as the hair stylist are not great; Good luck

Only salon in Dubai that has extremely good service in all aspects of beauty from hair to nails to skincare. They exceed all nail bars in Dubai by far!
Only criticism is the staff are not very welcoming at times but that depends on the person - some can be extremely friendly- depends on your luck! Recommend this salon 100%

I drove 30 min with my mom to the salon even though I have so many next to me. My mom sat to do manicure pedicure and when is my turn they told me they gonna give me a chair by the counter bcz they don’t have seats ( there was an empty seat and they gave it to customer came 3 min after me ) so they want me to do my manicure first the my pedicure later while I booked for both. Very bad management . I explained to the one in charge the situation she didn’t care and didn’t even apologies left me and went to another customer. I felt almost in tears this how rude she was. I came to enjoy Mother’s Day with my mom and they turned to horrible experience

Went to dollhouse dubai ladies club. Asked for a highlight and the lady told me I should first remove the dark color of my hair, so she rinsed the previous color that I have done in their salon two months previously and after she rinsed my hair was so dry and orange, she told it was normal, so I trusted her. After she instead to put a lighter color she put one color darker than when I came to the salon. Darker!!! If it was to make my hair darker, why should she rinse the color of my hair and destroyed my hair? She said the product doesn’t affect the hair but it did. My hair is so dry looks horrendous and darker but I wanted lighter. Terrible. The haircut that the lady did a great time four months ago, this time, it s horrible. I am so so so disappointed. I came inside with nice hair and came out with totally destroyed hair!!! They said they would not charge for the color, of course, what they done in my hair. Very sad!!!! I had experience before in al barsha branch and had problem with manicure, than I changed to dubai ladies club and now problem with hair. So sad.

I went to Dollhouse for a cut the first time. How amazingly Melanie not only gave me the cut I wanted but also styled it perfectly. I have never been into hair styles before but now I’m so obsessed with dollhouse teams work that for every event, I only and only see them doing my hair. I am extremely thankful to Sabrina for extending me the invitation to pop into the salon to avail the services. What an amazing person! Really kind, humble and extremely professional!
In short - I’m addicted to Dollhouse🙈😃

Just went for a gelish manicure and pedicure about a week ago. Less than 24hours later, the gel has lifted on the sides... the pedicure has all fallen off. this is the second time this happens and always give them benefit of the doubt as they have nice ambience and staff are nice.
So disappointed from the quality.
