Ive been living in faateh real estate apartment from more than a months. The management has excellent service especially jlo always available answering to all my concern even the maintenance is very fast to come to fix everything the concern in the appartment. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family because the appartment is very accessible. Godbless ☺️😊😊

Living as an Overseas Filipino Worker is very hard situation as you are away from your family. I would like to thank Faateh Real Estate for providing me a good and confortable home. Property managers are very nice and accommodating. They are treating us as a family and making sure that we are confortable in our flat. All our flatmates are nice as well and we are like a family. They have a ver poor customer service, very bad maintenance they don’t care if you raise concern about the wiring issues in the flat. We almost had a fire in the flat because of burned wire but their actions are very slow. Maintenance issues will usually take days or even a week before they solve it and their maintenance team seems they don’t know what they are really doing because rather than fixing things it even gets worse. I do nớt recommend to stay in their property if you want a harmonious and peaceful place to live in Dubai.
