Call It Spring

Terrible customer service. The two female employees, absolutely rude and miserable. Clearly these two have no concept of basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, all these 1 star reviews were not making it up…. Sad

Very poor customer service. Went I. To exchange same shoes different size. I was told that they weren’t on sale anymore and that I would have to pay the 20% difference. Same shoes! Never heard of this ever. Always should be a straight exchange.

This is my favorite shoe store of all time, but I will continue to buy from the online store instead. The employees are SO miserable and it feels like they think they're better than you, not good vibes. Online it is!

waited 30 min for service and had nothing in stock to try. One employee the week before christmas, never again

We had visited a few Call it spring stores in the Ottawa area. Our last chance to get what my daughter wanted for her graduation was at the Orleans store. We ended up with the Manager helping us. The level of customer service was like nothing we had ever encountered. I can’t say enough good things. My daughter was over the moon that she was treated so well and found exactly what she wanted. Thank you so much for making my daughters day a special one.
