The BEST location! Beautiful building on the corner of the river and Tampa bay .. Enjoy downtown Tampa without the traffic … 10 minute walk to Water street / Amalie .. great amenities, modern kitchens , neutral color palette , and awesome balconies to enjoy sunsets. Nice parking garage, prompt with maintenance requests and very secure building. Has been a great place to live !

Arabelle Riverwalk came highly recommended to us by a mutual friend whose daughter recently graduated from UT. Our son was in need of off campus housing on very short notice so we took a leap of a faith based off the personal recommendation we received, and signed a lease before ever seeing the apartment. From the moment we arrived in Tampa, Danielle B was there to greet us with a smile and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, followed by a personal tour of the complex and amenities. She even followed up with us following the move in to make sure our experience was a positive one. I can't begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for everything she has done to make our son's transition to city living and college such a seamless and positive process. Whenever I have reached out to her whether it be by phone or email, she has always responded in a timely fashion. I have probably been one of the most high maintenance, helicopter college student parents out there, and yet she has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. When my son moved in, his apartment was clean and move-in ready. There was one small maintenance issue that needed attention and within an hour, the maintenance staff took care of it. Our experience with Arabelle Riveralk and it's staff has continued to exceed expectations. The location, the amenities, the secure building access, a designated parking garage, and the proximity to UT is everything you could possibly need or want. Thank you, Danielle, for making us feel valued and heard, opposed to treating us like another business transaction. Our son absolutely loves everything about living at Arabellle Riverwalk, and our hope is he will be able to continue living there for years to come while attending UT!

My son transferred to the University of Tampa and we needed housing for him. We toured many properties and found the value and amenities to be the best at Arabelle Riverwalk. We live in NJ and had to deal with everything remotely after singing the lease. Danielle was amazing and made everything easy for us. She was very available, responsive and helped out tremendously with packages and deliveries. I highly recommend Danielle and Arabelle Riverwalk.

Been here almost 3 years and still want to stay! The location is perfect and couldn't be better. The pool, gym, and most of all the staff. Candace at the leasing office is the best! Every time we've needed anything it seems like we are the top priority on her list. By far the best management I've experienced in apartment living.
