Shahrzad Restaurant

The restaurant does not have a parking lot and there is no parking space in the nearby streets, We waited in line for two hours to enter the restaurant, there is no order and customers do not enter in order, The quality of the food was very low. Fasanjan was not cooked well and the kebabs were hard and the price was high in relation to the quality. The glasses and spoons were dirty!!!

Very elegant internal design, very popular locally, always full of people at meal time (lunch and dinner). We've been twice, once had lamp chops (8 small ones), and once had xxx (chicken in walnut and pomegranate blended source). Staff are caring and kind.

Shahrzad is a Nostalgy for me since I was a kid !
The restaurant has a history of art and design with a lot of staff who are taking care of the guests but in an old way:) they write your order in paper with handwriting😉I really like them😂

The food used to be much better years ago, now it’s average for the ppl who are living at the city, but for tourists still it can be attractive. We ordered Shishlik( was average and not juicy) , Koobide which we liked much more than other foods, Zereshk polo with Chiken was good , Kabab Hosseini was ok and Chiken & meat شنیسل ، from which we preferred the chiken one. The yogurt and olive was less than average.

The staff are friendly and trying their best to be helpful. On weekends and holidays it’s very crowded and you have to wait.

It’s all about pure Persian restaurant atmosphere! Quality food and of course unique service! Don’t miss it!

Unprofessional manager and server, poor quality of service and trash food especially Beryani, 2 times I ask server to check my food and Beryani, he passed us without any attention! They charge us for this food without any discount or apologize! Their manager also was very rude.

We arrived at shahrzad restaurant at 1 pm and there was a long waiting line outside, we signed up our name and could enter after about 20-25 minutes, it's better if call first and reserve your seats.
Staff are friendly and they're there to help you.
Side dishes are amaaaaazing, we ordered "mast mousir" and "borani bademjan" and we couldn't get enough of it! The creamy texture of yogert made it amazingly delicious.
The food were not THE best but it was delicious.
If you are visiting isfahan, trying "khoresht mast" is a must and it was great.
The prices were surprisingly low compared to other restaurants and the environment is traditional and really beautiful.
Overall, shahrzad restaurant is a must visit place in isfahan and it will meet your expectations.

This is a famous and old restaurant in Isfahan. The restaurant is well located geographically with proximity to historic places. The restaurant is well known for its use of fine ingredients and to be a family owned restaurant. The interior is especially Persian as it contains both miniature paintings and mirror work.

Low level of service awareness as it is usual in this branch in Iran.

The way of serving is a sign of their low skill and unawareness of how their profession has evolved and modernized. This lack of skill and profession become more evident at the end when it was time to clear away. It was quite obvious that they didn’t have enough training and knowledge in how to do it as their college dose around the world.
