Unbelievable, phenomenal flavor and TRUE fine dining with a super dope, quirky and unique vibe truly made this a flawless experience for me and super happy I just got to experience it.
From the fantastic city skyline views, knockout and exciting flavors of their insanely delicious grub, or innovative cocktails made this a truly remarkable experience I won't forget and totally topped off my trip for sure.

We love having appetizers for dinner at Kaiyo Rooftop! The City view is amazing and the food is unmatched! They have lots of heaters to keep you comfortable on chilly evenings and seats are cozy and comfortable. They can accommodate large parties. The service takes care of your every need! They book quickly so reservations are recommended. Enjoy!

Excellent views, great food, service was busy. Ceviche platter, dragon roll, bourbon & gin cocktails. Great for celebrations and people-watching.
Great ambiance, music, food and service. It was limited menu when we went but that was due to the rain that night. Ceviche clásico dish was beautiful but lacked in flavor ( I’m Peruvian so I would know ) everything else was great. Our sever Kara was wonderful and we got a complementary drink which was the cherry on top of our experience. Fun night and tasty eats!

We went in the late afternoon; Atmosphere is really great, just make sure you bring a pair of shades of you’re going during the day. The sun hits the rooftop perfectly.
The service was generally good. Like we loved our waitress but the kitchen was slow to put things out. I also think she was a bit overwhelmed with the many tables she was serving.
However, the drinks are strong, it’s truly a fusion of Latino and Japanese culture. The food, again, was sooo good. I’d honestly feel comfortable saying that you can’t go wrong with anything you order, considering I didn’t order everything on the menu. 9/10

Birthday dinner for a 10+ group of us. As others have mentioned it's a weird process to get here but you'll need to get stamped either at the front of the Hyatt hotel or in front of the doorman at the elevator. Then he'll take you to the roof.
Service was quick and friendly and ofc the views are what you come here for. It's definitely worth it for an occasion. All the food and drinks were actually pretty decent I must say.
