The best part of the festival was meeting the first African-American woman Yolanda flowers running for governor of Alabama and also the great singer and musician Billy Ocean. Don't sleep on Alabama y'all because they're making big moves in spite of today's racisms in any kind of isms they're still maybe in this land.

Enjoyed myself❤️!! The atmosphere was electric ,the people were like old friends. Mrs. Peggy at 4th Ave T-shirt shop made me feel right at home.💞

A fun, energetic treasure in Downtown Birmingham. Family-friendly, lots of vendors and great tunes (Jazz, Blues, R&B); held yearly (late-August) in Birmingham's Historic 4th Avenue District. Well run festival with plenty of security, amenities and entertainment: a must do.
